To be honest Porsche it's bullet proof car . I love how they look and make you feel rich and smart while driving one . But Subaru wrx and Mitsubishi evo . Sound make any girl wet . And driving one specifically on this road is remarkable and unforgettable . Peace from middle east

The 996's seem to have either less power or something different with the suspension. It seems like it can't slide as well as 997. I guess it's a bit of both..
There are no durable close-ratio gearboxes for those. So you are stuck in over-revved first or you are lugging around riding the clutch in second gear. This is a huge problem in modern sports cars. The need to top the other manufacturer's 0-100 time is making the cars undrivable in the twisties. Any new sports car today has first gear redline at almost 100 kph, if not even more.
Not saying that it can't handle it but this car is not supposed to be raced on this kind of pavement or road conditions. This is a supercar with a chassis and parts built for professional race track..
These are rally cars, they are made for, and maintained at the end of the rally, as for the Porsche that jumps, there was no problem, it ended up in the rally without any problem
This would a modern Group B Rally car would be like if it didn't get banned by FIA. We would see a Lamborghini Gallardo Rally ver, Lamborghini Huracan Rally ver, A Ferrari 458 Rally Corsa nor Nissan GT-R R35 Rally ver.
I don't think I could drive my own porsche gt3 through such races-only because I would keep her for domestic use not the wartime abuse-but if I was a paid racecar driver driving the company car-that would light a fireball of enthusiasm in my altitude
