I just decided to shave my head and beard lol. Easier to take care of while recovering. Washing long hair and a beard is already hard with my shoulder how it is now before the surgery lol. Thankfully my mom has agreed yo help with my kids while im healing before i go back to work.@@MyColdTherapy
How do personally think it'll take for me to lift 50 pounds repeatedly after surgery
Hi my personal recovery took over 18 months. I would take it slow if you lift weights. Good luck with your recovery.
