  • Assalamualaikum berjumpa lagi kali ni saya nak kongsikan cara saya buat kuih pau inti kari kentang yang gebu dan lembut sedap makan panas-panas. Kalau tak habis boleh kukus balik sekejap gerenti masih gebu tidak bantat.
    Bahan Inti :
    500g kentang
    (8-9 biji kentang saiz sederhana potong dadu)
    1 biji bawang besar
    3 sb serbuk kari daging
    3 sb gula
    1sb perasa
    1sk garam
    1 liter air
    Bahan Pau :
    1sb yis
    2sb gula
    240ml air suam
    (campur dan biar hingga yis naik)
    445g tepung pau
    1sk baking powder double action
    1sk bread improver
    1sk shortening
    1sk minyak

    2 tbsp sugar
    240ml warm water
    (mix and let the yeast rise)

    1 tbsp baking powder double action
    1 tbsp bread improver
    1 tsp shortening
    1 tbsp of oil
