Smough's helm, Catarina armor, Havel's leggings, Moonlight Greatsword, Bonewheel shield. There aren't any rings to look out for but because of the heavy set and shield, I recommend Havel's Ring+3, prisoner's chain and FAP Ring +3. Stat wise it isn't rigid, but if you want to make a PVP level build I recommend going Knight or Warrior as base, with vitality 40, int 40, str 30, vig and end 35 for a comfortable and damaging build at sl 129. Warrior gives you more levels to play around with, but with att 6, the int 40 goes to waste if you want to diversify later. Sl140 is the limit of meta pvp, so you have 10 levels to play around with as well. Also, I recommend putting on at least master's gloves for PVP as John Dark Soul might be Chad enough to go without gauntlets but not having a piece of armor gives you -10 absorption penalty.
