Thank you! Yeah dating apps are not for everyone, my sister tried them for a few years and didn’t meet anyone but she and a college friend started talking and now they’ve been dating for over a year. So you just never know! As long as your putting yourself out there at church, join some groups and not being isolated I have faith God will send you someone 💕
And the husband should love the wife like Chirst, sacrificing for her. And She should respect and submit to her husband in everything, so Gods word isn't reviled (according to Peter and Paul).

I don't have much insight since I'm pretty young and not looking but all I could say is you seem to be looking at love from a worldly perspective like the idea of ugly doesn't exist with the lord and your not cursed because you are a child of god.Maybe you are either actively seeking people who don't have the best of intentions because the lord is trying to ask for you too wait on him and your husband that's tailored for your needs and not going out of you way to waste time with people when your not going marrying people but only one person god has equqqed to take the role of a husband or wife for you only.Or it may be a sign that you have the gift of singleness where your love and devotion should be towards the Lord especially if you know in your sprit that you may and instead avoiding the signs from the Holy sprit to pursue yiur own desires.But you should focus on not just asking god but keeping yourself and realtionship until it may happen but don't focus so much on it focus on god before any man or woman.
