There are more trains on this route. The travel time depends on the train you take. There was a train earlier, that made more stops along the way, so the travel time was longer, and that train also had chairs. The prices where lower in general on that train as well. I think the travel time was something like 13 hours on my train, what is perfect for a sleeper train, there's enough time to sleep and you can enjoy a bite and a drink in the dining car as well.
As far as I know there are no double decker trains indeed. Because it's such a low populated area, I don't think there is any need for double decker trains.
This long route has even been electrified. Amazing.
Yes, that's absolutely great indeed.
Super om dit soort treintrips te zien, dank!
Very nice trip report wow that train is 30 carriages long
15 double-cars, isn't it? 🙂
Great success!
good memories from a pre-COVID pre-war world. Europe to China by train is likely to not be possible again in the next 100 years.
Absolutely great memories on this. I truly hope this would be possible sooner than we might think.
WOW never knew about this train route
“I love train travel because it’s affordable”
Me, who has to pay £17 to get a return ticket 35 km into London: 👁👄👁
I think this train costs less than that lmao
@@Axer_ But for Kazakh people it's not cheap, as for European people, because here we have low salaries
What was the price of the ticket?
Is there only this train from nur sultan?
And how many hours of travel does it take from nur sultan to Almaty
Timmings at both ends please
