Izzy gets in her feelings because of buttholes

After a joke is made about a monster familiar having exactly six buttholes in a previous episode, the mini is updated to have said number of buttholes and it really makes Izzy feel some kind of way about her life.

I think Izzy made a joke in the previous episode about Zarb having a bunch of butt holes, and production added the buttholes between episodes. Which is a small thing to do, but highlights the level of care taken across all aspects of Dimension 20.
I think Izzy was hit with just how amazing and silly her job was that she could make a stupid butthole joke and it become reality.
