Deadpool doesn't exist yet in the movie, technically. Ryan Reynolds said himself that inthe movie, he is literally the portrayal of Wade Wilson, /before/ he was experimented on and actually became the fourth wall breaking mouthy, annoying mercenary with deformed, shifting skin and healing abilities. Perhaps at the end, /that/ was Deadpool. But I personally think Ryan Reynolds' portrayal was spot on, plus, he was adlibing a lot. So kudos to him.
