I love how much Koichi has come into his own! I will always love Mejibray and was heart broken when I learned it was over! I love this band so much! I can't even begin to remark on how phenomenal each member is! But I am so glad they gave us the music they did! Nothing but the best wishes to MiA, Koichi, Tsuzuku, and My fave Meto!

I don't like it at all, and there were rumors flying around about meto getting into a new band but so far nothing! But as badly as I miss Mejibray...I don't think they could ever get back together I mean the final 4-5 shows Koichi and Tsuzuku(Genki) Blacked themselves out! I mean completely black but lol Koichis pink hair was visible! But I've never seen anything like that! And then Tsu broke down and Koichi was only one who came to his side MiA and Meto kept playing! It's on here I forget which live song it is but you've gotta see it! Dadaroma is now also finished which I'm bummed about!

It annoys me when people say that MEJIBRAY sounds like Gazette just because Tsuzuku is a big Gazette fan,some people seem to be unaware that Mia composes 90% of their music and only recently has Tsuzuku been composing. And people seem equally unaware that Mia is a big Aoi fan. He has smilar guitars and his system is modeled after Aoi's. There is nothing wrong with being inspired by senior artist, a lot of Gazette and MEJIBRAY fans overlap. Also, Tsuzuku writes very unique lyrics based on personal experiences, so you can say that this song reminds you of a Gazette song because of the sound but if you understand the lyrics of both songs, you would not say that they are similar songs overall.
you realize that lyrics are only a small portion of a song? there is usually at least 1-2 guitarists, a drummer and a bass player. so instrumentally if they sound like them overall they in fact would be similar also having the same gear as another player has nothing to do with your sound all guitarists have their own style which gives them their own unique sound that being said I don't really see a huge similarity in TG and these guys and don't take this the wrong way not trying to argue just stating facts.
Quan Ngo Tsuzuku writes the music *Lyrics* but the majority of their music is COMPOSED by MiA. I have literally all of the cds, and the jackets say who COMPOSED each song. Tsuzuku also composes, but MiA is the main composer. Btw, Tsuzuku and Ruki are really good friends. ^^
I honestly think that everyone should stop arguing over who does what. Who ever (meaning all people) that helped and contributed to this bands making deserves 100% credit.

Great musicians great chemistry , very engaging live …I love their live performances , it’s everything that makes them great ,they can be heavy and melodic and have great structure to their sound and music….. my spiritual foundation is based on a path called Mahikari out of Japan and I see the deep intrinsic teachings of that in their music love this band Mejibray 💜
I guess the fictional band Die Kusse from Kusumoto Maki's manga "KissXXXX" remains the most influential VK band until this day, lololol. Not kidding, that manga is from 1988. It seems like the source of the trend of VK bands counting "eins, zwei, drei, vier" and whatnot.

i LOVE tsuzuku's screams!! its sooo high n it gets me every time. n they are a fan of Gazette but the music is not that similar. Tsuzuku may come across as ruki sometimes n meto often wears his makeup like ruki.but i dun think they're really copying musically as professionals. both bands r my favorite vk bands btw

Tsuzuku has been composing before Mia. This was his solo project before changing it into a band.
