No-code sounds horrible at least imo due to the facts that its fragile and limited to what you can do (e.g not being able to control the code itself that generated the fuctionality) along with its weak security (the users data are more vulnerable to various of risk).

Typically when things get more and more complicated (and irl this tends to happen) limitations of these no-code tools become more and more apparent. We start looking for ways to overcome them with "creative" solutions (hacks) or by using some sort of additional scripting (code). But they may be suitable for simplier low-risk scenarios.
Can you make a video for new coders? That teaches a user how to setup a code to work like this or my favorite. Discord bot.
I’m new to coding and trying to learn python or JavaScript or typescript. I watched your videos on sticking to one, but I’m a visual learner and struggling to get a grasp on JavaScript. Since most tutorials are outdated. I tried python, but I don’t know how to do cross code that interacts with one another. Aka a python code that reads from a js file or… how to really setup a discord bot to make economy, level systems, databases for each server it’s in and devs want to charge me 500-2500 for the discord bot I want to make. Send help ;.;

This is my first video about the topic. My first thought was that the build blocks looks exactly like code. For me it IS actually code, just coded visually instead of text based. But I’m looking forward to learn more 🤔

Actually. Drag and Drop tool are just copy paste snippets from the internet. The advantage is all you need tools are provided to you by the tool it self.

If you are a new programmer, I think you should learn to program first! Tools like this are great to automate repetitive tasks :)

@@tilawah5107Try Google. Try doing some research. Don't just ask people. Learn JavaScript. It runs everywhere and you can code servers and clients and even phone apps (but phone apps are not a main target for JS). Of course HTML and CSS. And use Google.

It looks like Scratch but it is totally a different tool!
That's just awful. Calling that no-code is awful. That tree that your building is literally just code displayed in a Lego format. But it's code. There's a 1:1 correspondence between the blocks and the code. The blocks are code.
"No code" just means "you don't need to write code", although it wouldn't really be fair to say that you don't need to know how to code, since you still would have to know how to interpret the blocks.

Ok. This is not a no-code tool even if it says it is. The blocks you're seeing are actual code displayed as blocks, making it take forever to edit. Just typing is much faster.
Also, being a Luddite isn't going to help anyone because whatever you won't do, someone else will do and the main difference is you. You'll be left behind.
Finally, you aren't able or capable to code a tool to make anyone lose a job.
