Bruce is a 70 year old patient who decided to visit Advanced Chiropractic Relief after watching countless RUclips videos and experiencing mobility issues himself. Bruce suffers from severe scoliosis and kyphosis which presents challenges to his posture, biomechanics, and mobility. Today, Bruce receives a full examination at ACR to decipher whether he is eligible for chiropractic adjustments. Dr Gregory Johnson always provides thorough backround research before taking on any new patient. It's nice to see you do a thorough exam on this patient. People think they're buying a "cracking session with a ring dinger" and they "get every bone cracked" which is a oversimplification of what you're doing. I wish patients knew that chiropractic was more than that and this video shows that.

Dr. Johnson: I am in California (SF Bay Area) but am willing to travel to TX if you can help. Can you please answer this question for me: Are you able to help someone like me who has lumbar fusion at the L5-S1 level with instrumentation (metal rods, screws, cages, etc---all Medtronic equipment from late 1997). I see the "Ringer" and other things you do, and all I can think of is, "Wow! I don't think he can do that to me because the violent motion would rip the screws right out of me!". What do you think?
I did visit one 'quack' here where I live, but I am extremely unhappy with the process. He did the "twist" thing where you lay on your side and then the doctor does a "twist" that I can tell patients like because it feels good. It did not feel good on me--I yelped in pain and felt like I had a ringer-dinger in my head! I have a feeling that, because I am fused at the L5-S1 level, you won't touch me. But I hope you will. I also have a neck issue (herniated disc) that is causing me an enormous amount of discomfort on my right hand, right fingers, right arm, right shoulder, etc.....It is right-sided ONLY. It feels like I have a thousand little bugs crawling on top of my right hand and right arm. I'm not sure what's worse---pain or the tingling. Anyway, I thought I'd check and get your response.
