Twilio just sends the message. GHL is a CRM where you can tag them and do conditional actions based on their responses etc. It streamlines the process and you can do WAY more with GHL than just a zap and Twilio.
Do you charge the client the AI costs as well as the SMS costs or do you front the cost of AI calls. Also can you give a ballpark figure of the AI costs

Zappychat’s decent but nowhere near as customisable

Are you just making that test email address up on the fly? Or, do you need to set up a new email address each time for this purpose?

Hindi should be fine since ChatGPT is able to speak it
