Appreciate the videos! I bought a VRD Stance RTR. After upgrading it, I had enough parts to build another one. I just had to source some straight axles. Not only does a straight axle look better, it performs better with 4.9" diameter tires.
Great video. Who ever told you about the offset is correct, the width of the trucks being the same doesn’t matter. Which ever truck has the shorter axle with the bigger offset wheels will have more scrub and you are loosing steering width that truck.
It’s amazing that 2 sets of tires that are so similar in tread pattern from the same manufacturer act that different, that little height difference really played havoc on the straight axle🤙

@@SCRedneckRC1 yes it did
Nice video. Detailed comparison between the two. For the price I think the straight axle is well worth it
@@Bradon881 agreed
I’d like to see you compare the straight axle vrd to the Scx 10 pro same course (s)
I don’t have a pro just yet but if I get one I’ll certainly do it!
I like your yard their brother.....
@@KTMKID450 Thanks friend
Holy shit that’s your yard? I thought it’s in the park or sth
