Thank you! I was having trouble finding the bad ending cutscene where you decide not to return to the game for the remaining gears. Love that it had Daffy seemingly doomed to get drained/eaten by Count Bloodcount. I remember as a kid getting spooked.
How I so love collecting all gears first before defeating main boss in each era. That I could skip the extra cutscene of "Return with all gears" each time I load a saved game with Time Gem returned, even the cutscene of resuming adventure for collecting the remaining gears. By doing so before defeating Bloodcount, the implication of returning with gear along with Time Gem was accepted.
Granny will mention it if the player defeated Bloodcount but without collecting the leftover gears. But, if all 6010 gears collected before defeating bloodcount for the first time only (not repeat), Granny wouldn't mention it as it was implied that the gear placement was in set.... but its hidden extension was ultimately cut out.
