My favorite so far was the penthouse in Pattaya with the outdoor tub, grill, and social area you showed us a few years ago. Your friend bought it at an absolute steal for $250k a while back.
Sometimes it’s due to narrow counter tops, mainly it’s due to the way they plumb them in here, using a tap connector which is normally positioned behind the machine sticking out of the wall, you then can’t push it flush.
Great properties and tour by a lovely lady! If I had to choose, I would probably go with the penthouse but I have always lived Pattaya. The more you show Hua Hin, the more I see the possibilities. Still watching the income tax situation.

you need to come to penang. they make new land all the time. man made islands built primarily to sell real estate. the properties jira showed will own you if you buy them. think about it. thanks for the video. watch your health. my condo is 250 square meters. I use the shared pool, tennis courts and facilities for 700 a month.
All that room and they stick a clothes washing machine in the kitchen.?.. a dishwasher should be there…. And they should have a small laundry room… they have the space…reasonable price though…
Both are very nice, to say the least. Of the two, I would choose the condo 2 story. There are too many ownership rules to deal with, house, and property. Plus, there is far more maintenance for the house and property. Which is not something I wish to deal with being retired. However, as a retiree. I want to downsize. There is no need for anything that large. Elegance and comfort in a smaller package. Yet still large enough to have some room. Yet as affordable as both are. I have been to Thailand several times. Great place to visit. However, personally, there is no desire to reside and retire in a foreign country. But, that's my own option.
Business and school keeps us in Bangkok for another 10 years, but that house would really be perfect for my family. I just love the size of the land. I could build another house for my son in the future. You can can never have too much land.
Yes. Don’t believe the lies about company ownership or leasing. You will never own land in Thailand unless you invest millions of USD with the Thai government board of investment in bonds. Then you are limited to 1 Rai of land. Foreigners can only own condo/ apartment completely. I’m so sick of the lies enticing foreigners into false land ownership schemes.
You could pretty much sell any one bedroom condo in Manhattan south of 110th Street and buy the condo with the rooftop pool. 😂 most places in Brooklyn, and queens too.

Wow! Our 1 bed village house on Rhodes is, 65 sq mtrs. 😅 The 2nd one has a football pitch outside. Well worth buying a sit on mower for.

All the kitchens are so well appointed yet the washing machines always seem to stick out from under the counter, why? it spoils the look.
