Learn how to kitesurf in Panama

In this video we show you the different stages of a kite course.
Our objective at Panama Kite Center is to make you an independent kiteboarder. This means after the course you will be able to kite at other kitespots, rent or buy your own gear, and most importantly you will have the safety knowledge to be able to react in any situation that might occur.
A general outline of what we teach includes:
-Wind Theory
-Getting to know the parts of equipment & correct setup
-Kite control & safety measures
-Kite relaunch
-Body dragging
-Getting up on the board
-Riding skills
This video is not instructional but a mere summary to show future students what they can expect in their lessons.
All of our instructors are professionals, IKO or VDWS certified and will teach you with a focus on safety and fun. With our radio headset lessons your progression will be faster. Your instructor will be able to give you constant input while on the water.
A general estimate for your lessons to become independent is 8-10 hours, depending on the speed of each individual student.
