Sir Ansbach is actually a good summon if you're already running bleed. Thoiler just has too little health. I honestly dont get why they put their signs outside the fight while Igon and the Hornsent signs were inside their fights which doesn't increase their bosses health
@@meat2023 Using Ansbach alone isn't that bad & like you said his bleed does help. But combining him with Thoiler is a nightmare because he always dies 1st. Which leads to a domino effect of Radahn taking everyone out 1 by 1. And I fully agree on the inside summon sign. But Miyazaki is lowkey a troll so that's probably why he didn't do it 😅
Igon and Hornsent signs are inside the boss room because summoning them is required for progressing/finishing their quest. That's why they are inside-to not buff the boss. Thiollier and Ansbach's quests end after the Leda fight, that's why they're not inside the arena-they arent mandatory, and outside of a few lines of extra dialogue they die in the end whether you summon them or not
Its a hint. U noticed every summon signs on this DLC are the bosses weaknesses. Unlike base game NPC summons where eh neutral or just have something to do with the lore.

Man this video made my day! Can't wait to get a new PC plus Elden Ring and play it with deflect mod because it's so much more engaging and fun. I hope the mod works since my friend struggled for eternity to get it working but to no avail.
I haven't related to anyone's struggle w/ a boss more. I beat him yesterday after 300-400+ attempts (I ain't even attempt to keep track). By far the most frustrated I've ever been playing a game in my whole life. All I can do is have empathy when I see Kai w/ over 1000 attempts or Afro wanting to hit someone w/ his car out of anger.
I just impenetrable thorns his first phase. Made learning the second phase more fun, and on my second playthrough as Rellana, I beat him pretty easily with the twin blades cause I learned so much
The game with the parry mechanic he has looks like so much more fun to fight, you can actually stay their in front of him. I wouldn’t want to be as OP as he is with the mods, but the camera change and deflect mechanic makes the combat look cooler and more fun

The fact that he almost wiped you from existence multiple times even though you had some busted OP mods installed proves this boss’s difficulty is a problem. There’s a few videos showing how weird the hit boxes for his attacks are and how some of them straight up ignore some IV frames. It’s’ more than just his design, it’s literally the code that’s busted.
Just wondering if the fit is also a mod or if it’s a real one and if so please drop the name of the pieces cuz that shit fire Edit: as well as the katanas

@@JGupton93 Ok so everything seems fine except the moonveil ash r2 doesn't work, it just does normal moonveil slash with destined death trail, not the flurry of hits
@@Robopup325 the flurry is from the latest version of Syyykes All in one by itself. If you use the merged version then it'll just do the normal moonveil slash but add the red flames. There probably is a way to merge Sekiro Deflection with the latest Syyykes, but you'd have to do it manually, which requires a bit of expertise in manual merging.
