It was a hot day, in Shillong city.We went for a drive to Mawphlang side. To get fresh and cool air. We arrived at Mawkriah village. The sun is shining in the sky. See the beautiful green hills. They stand by the side of the road to go to Mawphlang,Mairang, Nongstoiñ, Mawsynram and Mawkyrwat so on.... Then we reached at iew Mawngap . Soon after, we reached at Mawphlang village. The rain starts to fall and pours, for sometime didn't seem to stop anymore. The market seems to be very busy and marketable. But when we reached at Kyiem village. The rain has stopped. Here you we found a signboard that says 'Kyiem Traveller's Nest' One of the resorts. We turned to the left to visit this resort. It takes us only about five minutes to reach this resort. to visit this resort. Oh ! how beautiful is the beauty of the nature of our Khasi land. Wherever we look only the beautiful landscape around us. We couldn't wait to get out of the car to shoot photos and videos of this blessed land……

I think kyiem does not fall under mawphlang village.Its a part of mawphlang lyngdohship Or hima mawphlang.
