Hi Ms. Amber , i took my accuplacer test for the first time, at GCC and i past my essay part in reading but i still got a 240 needed a 245 so i dont ave to take for nursing, and my math part i got a 245 need a 250 to not take. im having a hard time with the graphs questions and the questions with figuring out what is m or p n things like that and some percentages.. im taking it again next thursday remote..im just gona continue to study ...trying to remember when its time but watching and learning is great
The only question I got wrong was question #2. I answered B. But you explained it to where I understood. I didn’t take into account that in the equation, “Y= -x + b” that m= -1. That would’ve given me the correct answer rather than guessing.

Hi! So the reason why she multiplied that whole equation by -2 was so that the original 3s in the equation would then become -6s which would lead for the s to be eliminated which is the ultimate goal! Hope this helps:)

U can’t take it as many times as u can so it’s ok if u fail
Aw I'm sorry you're scared. Just take studying one question at a time. One video at a time. Eventually the questions will stick.

Great question- it was so I can eliminate one of the variables.
