The guy with the beard is Dave Marash. Dave went to the ABC News network by 1978. He will return to WCBS Ch 2 by 1981-82 and went to WNBC Ch 4 from 1982-86. NBC later sent Dave to WRC Ch 4 Washington by 1986 where he co-anchored with the late Jim Vance. Dave is still alive today now living in New Mexico.
