The red ear flap gives away your red ear. As dark as they got in the cooler those are males. The big fish with the band over its nose is a copper nose bluegill. Probably your most interesting video. Cool to see them in schools underwater.
Next time, clean them with a dull kitchen knife and a spoon. Old Reelfoot Lake trick that I learned from an old timer. I am sure there are videos on youtube on how to do it. Basically scrape the meat out and its a lot faster once you get the hang of it. I also need to send you another duck call for you other kid!

Dude! I live in New braunfels and spearfish in Canyon Lake all the time. Can’t tell if this is Canyon or Travis but cool to know your nearby either way. I’ve been trying to find some buddies to go offshore with for a minute. Love the videos man!

hey just curious as to what lake you are fishing out of i love to spear fish down in san marcos for tilapia but i thought you couldn't spear any game fish like bass, blue gil etc. have i just been wrong the whole time?

Edit: nvm. Apparently sunfish species are not considered a gamefish in texas.
Texas Game Warden told me sunfish/perch are game fish, and he gets $1000 a fish!
