    1. Salat only means “prayer” according to hadiiths and nowhere else in Arabic.
Salat literally translates to following closely in Arabic and that can also be determined from every single context you find the word in.
    2. The term وَأَقِمِ is to stand, uphold, observe etc i.e like you would observe or uphold any of your commitments.
    3. The salat observed lazily is The following closely of the messenger conveying the message which is his following closely as the messenger. See 62:9-11 and yes that required physical attendance but not the physical performance you have in mind.
    4. 5:6 is explained by 5:7, 4:102 and 62:9-11. It’s simply what was expected of the believers to do before they attended where the messenger observes his following closely/commitment which is to convey the message and the believers following closely/commitment is to attend and then to uphold what they’ve learned.
    5. Salat Al fajr and Al isha applied ONLY to the prophet and there are no commands for the believers pertaining to those periods. Salat Al wusta is in a context about laws to be observed and it’s not possible to put in the middle of the context something that has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the context. That’s simply not how communication works.
    6. The schooling session explained above 👆 is what’s shortened in case of danger.
    7. 62:9-11 proves the schooling sessions explained above and also proves it applied to the believers of that time and not today as the messengers attendance is an essential component to that context.
    8. 17:110 is addressing the messenger as it’s first person singular and informing him how he’s to conduct his following closely/commitment which is to convey the message. In this instance the messenger is instructed to convey the message in a moderate tone and not loud or too low to be heard.
The verse after in 17:111 proves it was to do with conveying the message as he’s instructed what to say in that moderate tone.
    9. 4:102 is simply the sessions explained above done in a moderate tone as per 17:110 and the periods explained in 17:78. The messenger leads of course as he’s the one conveying the message to the people. See 62:11 29:45 11:84-87 etc.
    10. The session In 4:102 is one where there’s danger surrounding them ergo the need to be armed and vigilant.

Who are الْمُصَلِّينَ the Musalleen ?
MEANING OF THE WORD SALAT :
attain, reach, connect, join, adhere, bond, apply, make close, to continue, unite, to bring into, maintain close relation, combine, union, establish a connection, transfer, convey, to deliver, transmit, communicate, to conduct, act as a conductor, to persist, persevere, belong, to make untiring efforts, confer upon (have discussions; exchange opinions)
*Who are الْمُصَلِّينَ the Musalleen ?*
Is it those who perform the ritual prayers ?
Lets take a look in the book (quran).
70:19 Verily, man is created with an anxious disposition.
70:20 When they are afflicted, they complain,
70:21 And when good touches him, withholding [of it],
      70:22 Except الْمُصَلِّينَ the MUSALLEEN.
70:23 *Those who are constant in their SALAT صَلَاتِهِمْ.*
70:24 *They (Al Musalleen) are those who assign a certain share of their property*
70:25 *for the needy and the deprived,*
70:26 *(And Musalleen are those) who acknowledge the Day of Judgment,*
70:27 *(Al Musalleen are the ones) who are afraid of the torment of their Lord,*
70:28 the punishment of their Lord is not something for them to feel secure of,
70:29 *(Al Musalleen are the ones) who guard their carnal desires*
70:30 Except from their spouses or what they possess rightfully then indeed, they (are) not blameworthy,
      70:31 but whoever goes beyond this is a transgressor;
70:32 *(Al Musalleen are those) who honor their trust and promises,*
70:33 *(Al Musalleen are those) who testify to what they have witnessed,*
70:34 *And (Al Musalleen are) those who, on their SALAT صَلَاتِهِمْ keep a guard,*
70:35 such people will receive due honor in Paradise.
70:36 What is wrong with the disbelievers who roam around you,
70:37 On the right and on the left, (in) separate groups?
70:38 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise?
70:39 By no means! Indeed, We have created them from what they know.
70:40 No! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and Wests that We have the power
70:41 to replace them by a better people and none can challenge Our power.
70:42 leave them alone to dispute and play until they face the Day with which they have been threatened:
70:43 the Day when they rush out of their graves as if racing towards a signpost,
70:44 with their eyes cast down and covered by disgrace; the day about which they were promised.
      Peace

80 percent of the Quran talks
about salah / salat. In short,
salat is to help poor people
financially or in any way which
    is possible for you, doing
    good for humanity, staying
    away from bad deeds, doing
    good deeds, being upright
    honest, righteous, just etc.etc.

      Wa aqeemus salata wa tuz
      zakata, salat and zakat are
together in the Ayat, so you
read ritual prayers 5 times a
day but do you give zakat 5
times a day too ??? No you
don't, you give zakat once a
      year which is unquranic
      method and also you're not
      doing salah of the Quran,
      you're reading parsi namaz/
      Hindu namaskara. I'm not
      saying that you should give
zakat 5 times a day, lol. In
      short, whenever you make
money / profit / income etc.,
      give the surplus / extra
amount out of it to the poor

I always wonder, why do we need to do rakaats in ritual prayer which require repeated recitation of the Al-Fatihah?; isn't once enough to reach the omnipresent and omniscience Allah. And what is the basis for determining the number of rakaats (ranging from two rakaats to four rakaats) for each salaat session? Is it because of Sunnah or hadiths or just bidah?

And what about sura 22 vers 18:"Do you not see that everyone prostrate themselves before Allah, whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, and also the sun, the moon, and the stars, and the mountains, and the trees, and the animals, and many of the people" How can mountains prostrate physically or son or stars or all animals? It's not always mean literally. It's only your opinion. If it were a special physical ritual then God would simply describe it in a verse like he does with wudu. Al salat really means turning to God in many forms. such as. Praying to him, abiding by his rules, reciting the Quran etc and not explicitly physical gymnastics otherwise many verses make no sense.
