Okay, compared to other countries, Japan seems to be taking a different approach towards beauty pageant events. There seems to be less glitter and glamour - a minimalist way, I daresay, and less hullabaloo. 😅
As much as I like the simplicity of the show, they should have at least gave a bouquet of flowers to all five finalists. The 3rd and 4th runners-up didn’t have a bouquet.
In my opinion, there are many Japanese girls who express themselves well. They look natural to me and such natural look may fit to the original motto of the contest.

From the very beginning she was the one. She looks Latina, the most beautiful women in the world. The Miss Universe is going to be in one of the most beautiful countries in Latin America, and Miyazaki will be very strong there, that's for sure. By the way, the Japanese language sounds beautiful too. In the lips of all those good-looking girls, it sounds even sexy.

肌の色も色白な方がひとりもいませんし、着物が似合わない感じの方ばかり、この動画にはないですが、近年の各国民族衣装での着物の取扱いは、酷すぎる着こなしで、とても下品なので、ミスユニバースも地に落ちたと感じています。今回もなんだかガッカリしました。

欧米基準に合わせるあまり、全員スタイル先行で、お顔立ちは日本人的ではなく、日本女性としての着物が着こなせる和の雰囲気が全然感じられないアメリカナイズされた女性達で、日本人女性としての美の基準で見た場合、色白でもなく美人という感じがしないと思いました。
欧米基準なら美人でも、日本を代表する日本女性としての品格が感じられずガッカリです。
また、近年のミスユニバース世界大会では、各国の民族衣装でも、ミス日本に至っては、着物の着こなしも、まるで日本を侮辱しているような下品さで、こういう基準で審査するなんてと思います。
だから、色黒で口元が欧米人並みに大きく、日本代表に選ばれた方は、ガミーフェイスになる笑顔で、最後まで伝統的な日本の美は微塵もないお顔だと思いました。
世界基準とは、イコール欧米の基準であると思い知らされ、こんなミスコンテストに意味があるのか疑問に思いました。
日本ではLGBT法が成立した現在以降は、自称女性も出場してくるでしょうから、尚更おかしな美の基準になる事でしょう。

凄くアメリカナイズされて、日本人女性の和の美しさが微塵もなく、肌色が水着で着痩せする為か、皆んな黒く日焼けしていて、着物が似合う雰囲気ではありません。全員が他のアジア諸国からの人にみえますよね。

いくら体型が美しくても、日本人から見た場合には、全く日本人としての美の要素がない方達ばかりで、ホステス業の人しかしない濃すぎる化粧で、日本女性の美しさとは程遠いと思います。
全員が褐色の日焼けした肌色で、日本人が大切にしている美の基準から大きく外れています。お顔立ちも日本人というよりも、他のアジア諸国の方達に見えます。
結局、ミスユニバースは欧米人から見た基準に合わせて選んでいるだけで、日本女性の美の代表とは思えない方達ばかりです。
それと、近年、世界大会では、日本の伝統衣装の着物を改悪して、非常に下品なものにしてしまい、着物も含めた日本の美の破壊、日本人の価値観や品格、日本の伝統的美への冒涜をし続けています。
そもそも日本女性の美人を選ぶ国内大会の出場者が、全員日本女性の美を体現していません。そればかりか、日本人に見えないです。
日本人から見た場合、彼女達が美人であると思えません。体型だけを評価して決めているようにしか見えません。

二位の方のほうが見た目も綺麗だし海外受けする整った顔立ちなんだけど、ステージ上では少し控えめに見える。海外勢はもっとバチバチだから埋もれてしまうかもね。優勝された方はオーラが素晴らしい！特にスイムウェアでのウォーキングは心から楽しんでいる感じがして、弾ける笑顔がとても良かった。
二位の方は森理世さんのようなバイブを身に付けられたら最強かも
