I don’t think gorgonians can be hurt bye the glass. Mine is growing on it 😅
They don’t have a stony skeleton, instead they have an abundance of the tough protein gorgonin which gives them their structure and name
I thought Gorgonians could not be exposed to air
I think you got Gorgonians and Sponges mixed up
The NPS ones are not that bad (the yellow, red, and purple) the blueberry ones are very tricky though
