I'm a forever single & alone millennial girl who's known nothing but being a neglected medical lab rat since childhood & am waiting for my 3rd (& hopefully last) massive stress heart failure. I have near daily anxiety attacks over being in a cage 24/7 & watching the world go by & events I'd die to be a part of come & go, and am expected to exist on just $450/mo after minimum meds costs, resulting in never having my own transportation.
If I hadn't discovered ASMR & had that comfort at bedtime, I'd have lost it years ago... 💜🙏🐼

I've had a hell of a past week and 2 days. Dont care it its oversharing i need to vent to someone/something. Spent the last week in the hospital for self harm ill keep it at that and the entire program was out of walk due to covid. Im talking about 0 outdoor activities or anything to do of any kind. Spent 3 days doing cross words and watching people break down from their own situations. I could honestly write a short novel on the shit that went on there but after I get discharged I find a group home to get into and that place has gone to heell in terms of cleanliness. I'm not a mom im not gonna clean up after 4 grown people in a mess j had nothing to do with including mold, urine, and other bodily functions. So you know what? Had to get a drink. I had a moment of weakness blame me, whatever but I needed something to cope imminently. House tenant says I can't drink even tho I'm legal age, I go off on him for having a piss poor (literally) house and thinking he can tell me what I can and can't have. Currently trying to find a hotel and just wondering where I'll find the money but screw it. Moral of the story? No can't find one. Some stories are just sad from beginning to end. But ill remain hopeful. All I got in this situation
Hey I am sorry you are dealing with all this right now. I used to self harm daily and have been in hospital also, I want you to know that you are amazing and you deserve happiness. You are your number one priority, you can overcome this, next time you want to drink or hurt sit down and take four deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth and say "I am worthy, I am worthy of love, I am enough, I accept myself" wrap your arms around your chest and take more deep breaths. "I am safe, I am loved, I accept myself" do this as long as it takes for it to pass. 💜 I believe in you.

I've been listening and watching ASMR for a few years now and I have to say that this was one of the most relaxing, and sincere, videos on this topic I've encountered. Helped me a great deal to relax, especially with all the stuff I've got going on, and tingles all the way through. And I'm normally not one to have that effect occur for that long a period of time.
