If your clean on your performance... Get with horizon.. ask them if they can get you into contact with a fleet owner.. theres a few there. Multi haul with the benefit of a backhaul makes the difference..even as just a driver for another owner Operator
I would think, don't know, that RV transport is maybe a seasonal gig? Like picks up spring/summer and dies down fall winter? Best of luck to you bro. Need to sustain that family fo sho. I know that Suzuki is feeling neglected.
If you end up having to get back in a semi, there's a freightliner at Foremost that needs a driver pulling multihaul if you wanted to stay in the industry. Our single and multihaul boards aren't busy but they're not empty either. If you ever wanna chat about it or anything else just hit me up
RV transport is worse than the oilfield for being inconsistent. Constant ups and downs in the industry make the normal stresses of having a young family even worse but It will pick up eventually so hang in there.
Sorry to hear that bubba, I to am looking to get out of this 18 wheeler & into RV transport. But the guys I've talked to have said this is the slow time of year for RVs. Its been said that ya need to have something else to do during this period. Seems some people go & do hotshot or haul cars temporary.
Too many drivers for too few loads. It’s not gonna change anytime soon at Indiana transport. You’re just a number competing with hundreds of part timers. You have a cdl try a company dedicated to full time professional drivers.
Probably should throw in the towel when you get caught with that deleted truck that’s where you will be out of business sitting at home with at least a 10k fine 👍.
Find you a local dump trucking company to work when it is slow. Those guys usually hire part-timers during their busy times. Just a thought.
This is on my radar!!!

@@danielq9755 definitely will💪🏽
And multi hall is definitely the way to go if you can find out a way to get in it
I agree💪🏽
Everything I have heard lately is the load boards will pick up after the shows. Shouldn’t be too much longer.
Praying that’s true!
I am as well, I just signed on with Horizon. I guess I had good timing taking my CDL classes during this time…

The company I work for said that the RV transport will pick back up in the beginning of October
Loads normally drop end of month there’s a couple companies that get loads before everyone else because Forest River owns them do some research
