Magic loop circular knitting technique

This video is about Magic loop circular knitting technique
Slide stitches to the centre of the cable. Divide stitches in half, gently bend the cable and pull it through the opening to the point where the cast-on stitches are on the needles, not the cable. Holding the needles parallel in your left hand with the needle tips facing to the right side, pull bottom needle to right, so that stitches are on the centre of the cable now. With right-hand needle work across sts on the left-hand needle as set. Pull back left-hand needle into stitches. Rotate needles 180 degrees, so that needles face to the right side.
Repeat * - * for as many rounds as required in the instructions.
