📝 Rice with vinegar (for 2 servings)
✔️ Ingredients: 2 bowls of rice, 4 to 8 cheongyang peppers,
1/3 carrot, 100g ham, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, sesame brush
✔ Seasoning ingredients: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide,
1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon minced garlic
1. Cut Cheongyang red pepper in half and remove the seeds

2. 1/3 carrot, 100g ham, all chopped
