- Опубликовано: 28 май 2024
- These garlic butter steak bites are an easy way to cook steak on a griddle or in a cast iron skillet! If you’re looking for new ways to cook steak that aren’t just the traditional plain grilled steak, then try this griddle steak bites recipe!
I’ll admit - we eat a lot of steak! So every now and then we like to switch things up a bit. These garlic butter steak bites are like a cheat code for griddle steak… they cook up super quick, and they’re tender and flavorful! Perfect steak bites to serve as appetizers or a main course!
By searing the steak whole on the griddle first, you get a great crust before cutting it into cubes. And the simpe homemade garlic butter is mixed up before adding it to the griddle, so you don’t waste time and overcook the steak. A super simple steak bites recipef or beginners!

Oooh yes, I like Amy's idea of adding blue cheese crumbles👍😊
It's so good! I took out my creme brulee torch and lit em up...helps melt and caramelize
Just made this. Was so good it brought tears to my eyes
WOW....hey I appreciate that...
Neil , those steak bites look awesome my friend. PS keep your wife happy with steak bites LOL , enjoy those bites Amy ! THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA.........
You bet
Great Video and a GREAT dish. @05:58 “If you like it well done… then there is another channel out there for you” 😂
Blue Cheese dipping sauce with these. Killer video. 10/10
Thank you for another great cook. Made this last night with venison backstrap. Wife loved it. I lost almost all taste and smell to covid in 2020 so your detailed cooks are really appreciated.
Now you went and done it again. Fantastic recipe you came up with Neil, thanks to you and Amy for sharing it with us. That would be so flavorful around the table. Stay safe and keep up the great videos and sharing here on you tube. Fred.
Glad you enjoyed it
Great idea on these bites, I would match these with a fried rice, combine the Asian flavors and the garlic bites…. All on the flat top! Great job as always!
yes yes yes
As always, so very happy You Do What You Do!
"If you like well-done, there is another site for ya." Subscribed! I like my steaks seared or rare!
Perfect .....
Mop and bucket to aisle 5. I'm drooling soooo much!
hahahaha for sure
I thought I was the only massicist. 😅 I just choked on my own spit, and took myself out😝
Over some mashed potatoes ❤
And corn
Looks good!
Absolutely lit bro🔥🔥🔥🔥, fantastic request Amy! Cheers 🍻
Thanks a ton!
Nice! Doing this cook this weekend!!!
Hope you enjoy
Followed your recipe exactly as you described ...2 words: Awesome & Thanks!
Hey thats awesome...
A awesome meal for camping with family ❤
another great vid
In the very delicious. I must try this. Thanks
good vid dood!!!
Looks delicious
Those were mouth watering, Neal!
Looks great!
How about a video for those of us who don't use the grills all year?
What to do to as far as seasoning the grill, etc...after months of a winter idle time
we have several available
Agree that a creamed horseradish sauce like I make for prime rib would go amazingly well with this dish. Just a question, have you ever considered using a good garlic press such as a Zyliss or Roselyn instead of using a knife with oil method?
I actually have one...and absolutely hate it...just a pain to clean...
Just yum Boss. 😋 😋 😊
yummy yum. super nice
So good
Making this tonight 🤞.
Between the grandkids & my wife doesn’t eat much, this might be the perfect steak night recipe.
Liked and Subbed. From one Meat Lover to another, Thank You.
Heck yea...thank you...
Bravo Zulu Neal!!! Those would probably be great in some soft-bread made on the griddle.
That would be cool!
Sierra Hotel!
They look amazing Neal! Mix some shrimp and have surf n turf! Cheers brother!
Not a bad idea
Delicious easy meal especially with filet. I like Amy’s idea with the blue cheese and extra horse radish😮💨😮💨🤤🤤
Absolutely.....great for backstrap
I would also like to try this with chimichurri! Great video, cheers!
Absolutely
Hey for your taco Brea, what did you do with the tomatoes? Did you blend that along with the peppers and added it back into the sauce?
There’s a steak restaurant in my neck of the woods that makes an incredible sandwich using little pieces of meat like this. I’m going to have to try this recipe, but I’m going to use sous vide chuck roast because I’m temporarily poor.
Great idea! Can you report back if you make it like that...that has peaked my interest
@@TheFlatTopKing I will do that! Give me a couple of weeks until chuck roast goes on sale and I’ll report back.
Perfect, just got a new griddle for off road and it is my meat griddle. I bought a whole tenderloin that this would be perfect for. Good recipe for sure.
DId you get the new blackstone lighter weight one...
Got the new 14 inch camper griddle with side burner. It’s perfect for lunches back in the woods on the farm or on the trails riding the side by side. Runs on the 1 lb bottles or a regular tank. Teflon coated griddle plate.
@@TheFlatTopKing, got the 14" with side burner. Perfect for remote farm lunches and riding the Side by side trails. It has a coated griddle, super easy to clean. Gets to temp FAST.
I’m going to try making the cubes first adding premade “butter.” All sides will be seasoned. We’ll see 🤣
Bleu cheese or goat cheese Amy! Either way, excellent execution. I literally used a whole jar of horseradish on Easter, so I'd enjoy! Great work as always!
its amazing how underutilized it is....
@@TheFlatTopKing Don't talk about Amy like that!
I’m currently in the middle of making your taco Brea and going well you and Johnny brunet should really do a Collab together
The OH and TN connection? CLE to BNA? Easy hop👍🏻
@@Hooch737 100%
Looks great. I'd do Teriyaki or Soy sauce instead of the W.
I agree with that….sounds amazing!
Love your channel but I can’t watch it all year. I live in CT and it’s too cold to use my blackstone in the winter . But spring is coming so I’m back watching your videos
I understand completely....i appreciate you coming back...
Good ideas to match this up with……my first thought was a fresh garden salad topped with the steak bites on top. A slice of garlic bread on the side.
DUDE...we had that exact thing..not kidding...after filming I went for a run....my wife fixed a Caesar salad with garlic croutons...not even kidding...
going to test out the new Weber Slate?
I am...should be here anytime...
Hey there shipmate - you got a sub from me with this post!
4:50- How could you scrape all that flavor into the grease trap?? Mix it into the garlic paste! 🙂
Those look amazing! I love me some med to med rear 🥩 but that being said, I’ll never say no to steaks just as long as it’s still edible 🤷♂️
100 well said
Blackstone has a $280 griddle on the website. Buy it and compare to the fancy ones you have. Is it acceptable for the weekend warrior griddle chef?
Typically the tops are the same ...its all the bells and whistles that come with it that makes the price go up...Costco has one for 399....seems to have alot of stuff on it...
If you like your steak well done, find yourself another friend 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

"Mize en Plas"
They look great, but why didn’t you cut them into cubes first before you cooked them?
as i mentioned in the video...I though the bigger piece of meat would cook longer....and that helped in creating a deep crust...if the they are cut...the cook so fast...the texture and flavor would be laking...
@@TheFlatTopKing my mistake.
@@johnlebzelter4208 your good. 👍
👍👍👍👍👍
Hope all is well...
Hmm
Add scallions.
what and where is "the griddle group" Thanks
It’s a Facebook group
its on fb...it where people can actually share there cooks...
Lots of educational stuff there. Check it out.
The well done comments are getting old. It's not even funny anymore. Just make your coocking video and let people eat their steak the way they like it.
Thanks for taking time to comment....no its not old...its every single video...the uneducated and the difference between raw and med rare gets old...we will cook and edit for us...thanks
Neal... I think that RUclips definately needs to develope "Smell-O-Vision just so we can truely enjoy these cooking videos to the fullest.
this one needed it...when added the last bit of butter really helped for sure...
Quit worrying so much about what your wife thinks. Great men do not do that.
I hope you never EVER post on my channel again...what a dumb comment...my wife is everything....her opinion 100 matters...
@@TheFlatTopKingI bet he’s either a very lonely man or is always complaining to his buddies about how much of a B his wife is.
Congratulations! You just made a variant of Benihana’s teppanyaki Steak. 🫵👍
