WNBA A’ja Wilson dominated Game 1 vs Indiana Fever Caitlin Clark. Indiana Fever must make adjustments to win Game 2

Would love to see numbers for both players since the Olympic break. What separates these teams is the bench and coaching. Acees have a coach and Fever have NO coaching. My god the fever coaching staff is not up to college level much less Pro

I swear if Sides plays Smith and Lou together I’m turning into a Dallas Cowboy fan, my tV might not survive.

if the Refs keep up their way of calling the games, Clark is toast and if Wilson continues to get that special whistle she gets free range, and whistles free zone - from the Rim to 10 feet.
Wilson has taken 649 shots, & averaging 27 Pts a game is impressive, of her 346 shots made, 245 were assisted 70.8%, And Wilson only did 29.2% of the work for her points.
206 (59.5%) of Wilson's 346 made shots happened within 10 feet of the rim , (13.8 of Wilson's 27 Pts come from within the paint aka the Honey Pot Zone) proving that Wilson is not Angel Reese.
2 to 3 ft Rim 76 shots were made (22.6% of Shots made), 3 to 10 ft 130 shots were made (38.7% of Shots made), 10 to 16 ft 69 shots were made (17.5% of Shots made), 16 to 3pt 52 shots were made (15.5% of Shots made), 3pt 19 shots were made (.05% of Shots made)
What position gets fouled the most, the answer is,
    # 1 Point Guard, # 2 Shooting Guard, # 3 small Forward, # 4 Power Forward, # 5 Center
The question becomes why the center has fewer fouls called on her and draws more fouls than the guard.
    Wilson
42 FT & 6 PF 5 in last Games 19 more FT than Clark, and 6 fewer PF
    Clark
23 FT & 12 PF in Last 5 Games 19 fewer FT and 6 more PF than Wilson
    .....
    Wilson
    262 FT & 63 PF over 35 Games, Pts from FT 262
Wilson set the record at 956, her Pts from FT represent 27.40% of that total.
Wilson getting only 63 PF over 35 games runs counter to the stats which show that the position fouls the most, is the Center.
    Clark
    150 FT & 106 PF over 35 Games, Pts from FT 150
43 more fouls were Called on by Clark over Wilson.
Clark getting 43 more PF over 35 games runs counter to the stats which show that the position that fouls the least, is the Guard, and the position that draws the most fouls is the guard position, and thereby more trips to the foul line - not happening.

Aja didn’t shoot a great percentage the other night, but her defensive presence is huge! More than the blocks, also the altered shots! Cc missed some open 3s though. I’m hoping she gets hot tonight, she certainly couldn’t get colder than 10% from 3

Wilson is a great defender and she's in great condition

Hopefully, no dirty plays and Fever steps up defense. Becky v Christie, $Mike? It's a no brainer. Why do Aces keep Kate Martin benched. She's an excellent athlete. The old Raider fan isn't looking forward to tonight's game.😂 Share your Site.
