Oh this is gonna be fun, I like this set up!
The WNBA underestimated her play skills, and now they will have to work hard to keep up with her.
I haven’t watched Sports for decades (I’ve had NO interest), but a few months ago I jumped on the CC bandwagon (along with my 98 yr young Dad). We have the Fever-Fever, and can’t get enough of CC and Company. We payed for the Season, and already have our CC mugs & T-Shirts. ❤ We’re hanging on throughout the playoffs, as long as the Fever are around.
That's pretty sweet! Let's see what she does in the playoffs...
In the words of Tom Hanks, "Now this is how to complain!" These dudes know the game. They're not talking this Samuelson should be benched or Sides should be fired BS. They are talking position, reading the floor and angles to the basket. Knowledge! She's got some things to work on but don't we all. The timing for someone who moves this fast must be more accurate than most and when you're spacing the floor your lanes get tighter. Phase 1 Complete!
That was a well thought out comment! Thank you...
Guys great cast....Yes, she is special. And only a fricken rookie...Wow
Thanks for tuning in!
Perfect practise make perfect.
Poor practise makes permanent bad habits
As coach Rich says, "Practice makes permanent."
She has a lot of turnovers because her teammates cannot her pass and they are not moving to the spot they should be moving to.
Since the break they have gotten better!

Coaches,
she has had 220 turnovers. A'ja has about 48 turnovers.
Caitlin has 329 assists. A'ja has 88 assists.
Whoever makes more passes, will have more turnovers.
About 20% of Caitlin's TOs come from sloppy mistakes (step overs she fumbles, distraction while scanning the paint). Around 30% come from interceptions (again, miscalculations on her part). The rest of TOs come from team mates not reading her correctly.
She's learning and has adapted faster than a lot of people thought possible. She'll be unstoppable next year.
turnover is normal for a play maker
A lot of her turnovers came in the first 10 games. Then again she was blitzed 58 times in those first 10 games which was more times than the other 143 players in the league combined. No other player in league history has been defended this brazenly. 17% of all flagrant fouls were committed against her and many other vicious hits were overlooked by the officials. Several times this season she was assaulted and fouls were called on her. Never before has a rookie been treated this disrespectfully which, I suppose, just shows how much the other teams feared her capabilities.
Well said!
Caitlin is a hooper!!! Go Get It...
