The putter came with a weight kit, in the kit came a wrench and 2 sets of bars for 3 in total. Very little loft on the putter and the player could adjust the lie to square up the notch. There were 2 models the 2 bar blade and the 2 bar mallet. Great putter, used one for a number of years.
DTG, is Diamond Tour Golf. A golf component store in the midwest region. Illinois if I remember right. Rife is the precursor of Even Roll putters. Like tear drop putters was copied by SIK putters. There always seems to be ideas that are copied by others and perhaps just marketed better.
Wow a review of the best putter of all time! Been using one since the mid 2000's. Dana Quigley was Senior Tour player of the year with this putter. The bars aid in lining up putts. Inside bar on the right edge is one cup outside right, outside bar on left edge of cup is one cup outside left! So simple... Still use one as a 68 year old 1 handicap, BTW i'm a great putter. Thanks for the post.
I had one of those in a belly putter. I loved it. Course I fell out of love when the rule changed. I am a member in good standing at my club. So in the shed it went.
Love Rife putter, I’m still using the Aussie GR6 blade. Had it since 2007. Wish they were still made, although I think Guerin Rife now makes the EVNROLL putter range.
I have 3 Rife 2 bar putters, one is a mallets style, other is a blade, and the other is a long putter model, that has very heavy tungsten removable weights. Would guess the head weight of the long putter is about 400 grams, with the heavy weights. I did like that the 2 bars helped with alignment, my only complaint is I found the height of the face to tall, I never measured it, but it just seemed a little too bulky.

Good info, thanks for the comment!

I remember this putter. It was great, a really solid feeling putter but, at least in UK, right handed only
I love my Rife 2 bar mallet
