I wish commentators would stop reducing 53-man rosters to 1 quarterback. I know it’s easy to market the NFL with idols, but it takes way more than one player to win a Super Bowl.
The fact that a late 3rd Quarter touchdown in the divisional round is called a defining play is silly. A sign that the media is gassing this man up
😂
But but he loses exciting games 😂
He chokes over and over again, they continue to make excuses for him. They want him to be great but he’s not, he choked last night.
@@heavyizthacrown-5842Kinda like Dak Prescott.
I can't believe Josh missed that kick@@heavyizthacrown-5842
I can only imagine the hate that would be piled on any QB not named Mahomes or Allen for missing the wide open receiver in the end zone for the go ahead touchdown....
highly doubt it would have been a game winning TD when Mahomes still had 1:43 and 2 TOs to work with. And all night Bills defense couldn't stop Mahomes.
Mahomes would have executed a game winning TD drive which would have made 34-31
@@salterartoriapengdragon3150I actually believe that too and I wanted bills to win. There defense was missing 4 starters and Gabe Davis was out. SMH Josh did his part.
Chris Jones bullrushed Dawkins into his lap but okay
give KC credit. they were being written off due to their regular season struggles. now 1 game away from returning to the sb
Hell yea!
Does help that both of their games were against injury plagued defenses
@@RM-56 Why are injuries being brought up now? The whole narrative going into this game was the Chiefs are finally going to lose to Buffalo this year everyone had them winning and the Bills did what they do best, ABSOLUTELY CHOKE!
I tell people all the time that playoff KC is a different monster compared to regular season KC
@@Sxdious They were being brought up as soon as Milano and White, and Bernard went down. Those were like their best players. Imagine if C.Jones, Sneed, and Bolton were all injured at the same time. That can change games.
It would have helped if the bills entire linebacker core wasn’t injured…
Josh Allen is the new Phillip Rivers. Can't get to the big dance.
5:50 from a raven fan u hated flowers when we drafted him dont switch up mow
Legacy ? Doesnt affect it all , the guy who tries to win by himself and fails. Thats his legacy.
I've never seen a QB get so much credit and praise after losses 😂
GTBW
😂😂
Fr Josh lost and still got praise mahomes got nothing mahomes literally battled to the afc championship with the worst wr core of all time but nobody cares
He has to play almost perfect in order to get this team where it is. They ask a lot from him. Has to overcome his idiotic head coach. How many plays and he probably messed up about 5 or 6.
They did this for Peyton Manning in the early 2000s, until he finally won a ring in 06.
A big reason why Philip Rivers never won a Super Bowl is because he could never top Tom Brady. I wonder if Josh Allen winds up championshipless when all is said and done because he can’t ever top Patrick Mahomes?
Looking like it
Sloppy top?
Hall of Fame better than Super Bowl because there are players who won Super Bowls but failed to get inducted into Canton. Being a Hall of Fame player is more difficult than winning the Super Bowl. Also if being a Hall of Fame player is pointless then why have a Hall of Fame to begin with?
All players want to get inducted into Canton more than they want to win the Super Bowl and Josh Allen doesn't need to win the Super Bowl to get inducted into Canton which will be a slap to the face to Mahomes when Josh Allen also gets inducted into Canton whenever he retires from the NFL.
Mahomes will win more Super Bowls than Josh Allen but that doesn't matter as both players will get inducted into Canton regardless. Once a player gets inducted into Canton the amount of Super Bowls rings they won don't matter as you don't get anything or win anything from the Hall of Fame committee for winning the most rings anyways.
I am working with Josh this offseason on his kicking skills so he can also be the kicker. Josh also will learn how to throw the ball to himself. Then Diggs wont have to drop it.
Allen's legacy was over when the Bengals went into Buffalo and rolled the Bills in the snow last season after the NFL gave the Bills the home game that they didn't earn.
no allens legacy was over when the chiefs dynasty came back from a point deficit and beat the buffalo shills with only THIRTEEN SECONDS. it took us 13 seconds to dismantle their hopes and dreams lol
@@Fro609 that game was on the road, though. After that loss, Bills said if they play at home they'd win. That's why I think it was the Burrow game that ended it for Allen.
@kent266 both were bad. In his win against the ravens his offense scored 10 points. That was pitiful too
The difference between him and Mahomes is that Josh Allen is very good very good. Mahomes is great.
Josh is better. The difference is Pat has a much better organization around him.
Andy Reid.
The great quarterbacks show up when the lights the brightest Allen on dak level lol 😂
☠️☠️ he's way better than Dak and yk that, people just low-ball Allen and act like this ain't a team sport if you see how he played from 6-6 to 11-6 you'd understand but if you just know nothing about being a qb
Just being a hater. Allen balled out last night. No one else on the Bills assisted.
Allen is far better than Dak ever will be lol, calm down with the dumb comparisons lol
@@tifeohhfunny they've won the same amount of things - nothing 😂😂
Allen was the best player on the field last night
He’s Philip Rivers but y’all think he’s Manning. Hell he’s not even on Big Ben’s level. Just stats and no championship souvenirs
cringe, took Manning 7 years to beat Brady, check Mannings playoff stats before he finally beat Brady because it was pretty bad, and Manning was surrounded by all pros, he was also losing to Big Ben
@@danglez18 and in that span he won multiple MVPs and had a SB appearance but I guess that doesn’t fit the narrative. So far, the highlight of Allen’s career is an AFCCG loss to Mahomes
@@Sasha-vb3mh Multiple MVPs? No, he won just one. It was in his 6th year he won this, which is now Allen's 6th year. Manning had 29 TD passes and 0 rushing for total of 29. Allen just had 29 TD passes with 15 rushing for a total of 44 TDs. All Manning did at his point in year 6 was 1 MVP and all losses to Brady or Ben in the playoffs and 1 loss to Brady was in the AFCC and 1 in the Divisional. Not only that but the year before his first AFCC loss to Brady he was shut out and lost to the Jets 41-0. Also no he did not have a SB appearance yet, that came in year 8 (can say year 9 if you want to count his rookie year), which Josh is not in year 8 obviously. There is no narrative except the one you want to make yourself even if Allen's career has fit Mannings struggles so far. Thats ok, but if you want to compare these things, do your homework. Its all online.
@@danglez18 was actually 9 years to beat Brady even, not 7 lol
At least Kelly got them to the dance Allen doesn’t even get close
AFC Championship game is close as you can get.
When I watch Allen play he reminds me a lot of Big Ben in his prime. He did some crazy stuff when he was young and he went to 3 super bowls and brought home 2 trophies. The difference is that Big Ben was a Hall of Fame player surrounded by Hall of Fame players and coaches on all sides...Josh Allen is a future Hall of Famer with lots of good players but he's not surrounded by Big Ben was...
I hear excuses.
@@jogendron6320 No QB in the world would win SB with this Bills team so Allen is doing all he can do
Big Ben had a clutch gene, Allen doesn't.
Patrick Mahomes is Josh Allen father
Brady is mahomes daddy hahaha 2-0 in the playoffs
Why does this dude constantly get praise for losing? I wouldn’t say he played perfect or was “superman” he had a decent game, but still made mistakes. He’s lucky the bills recovered his own fumble as well as the chiefs dropping a for sure interception. The chiefs fumbled at the one and still couldn’t capitalize. Stop over praising this man until he actually does something. His greatest achievement is losing in the afc championship. That’s it
Because it’s a team game. It’s not all on just ONE player
@@TheDashingOne123josh allen had 182 passing yards on 39 passing attempts 😂
☠️bruh why do people hate on josh like he's the problem , like y'all want him out of Buffalo, people don't understand that without Josh bills are terrible ☠️yet y'all praise hurts and dak but say nothing to burrow, Allen PLAYED GREAT people praise him bc unlike other teams we have hella injuries and we don't have alot of key players yet Josh ignores what people say about him and plays crazy games like this
To be honest Josh gives this team it's brand and makes them relivant
him being "superman" is because they rely on him to do everything in both the pass and the run. plus he didnt have any TOs and when it mattered he put his team in a position to win/tie. its jus unfortunate he gets the blame or the criticism despite the amount of drops and missed opportunities as a team
Josh Allen will eventually be in the Hall of Fame. That will be his legacy. Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl. Jim Kelly went to 4 and didn't bring the Lombardi home. Both are in the Hall of Fame. Will he play his entire career in Buffalo - probably. Will he have McDermott and Beane his entire career - only if they get the players needed to get the most out of Josh's unbelievable talent (we'll see in 2024). Talk of legacies should come after a player retires IMHO.
I’m a chiefs fan and can say he’s amazing but to many injuries on his team
I’m also a Chiefs fan and I really think they are making the season too long bc of injuries. I DONT like seeing any team so banged up and hurt not just my favorite one. It’s a tough sport and you gotta respect just about any team that hangs in there this far into the season and playoffs. 👍🏼
@User-rzlb3qg9d and @Darkhorses1976
Thank you both for your kind words. I’m crushed as a Bills fan, but know this. The Chiefs had a better TEAM than the Bills did on Sunday night. Your defense was phenomenal and made the plays that tipped the scales of the game. Look no further than Chris Jones’ bull rush of Dawkins into Allen on his potential go-ahead TD throw. Mahomes and Allen are the two best QBs in the league. It’s a shame the Bills D was this injured. The world was robbed of an even better game than we got, which already more than lived up to the hype. Good luck against Baltimore!
If the Bills did not have Allen they would not have been playing last night. That guy is really really good at his position. The pass to Diggs was 65 yrds in the air in the cold who can throw it that far ? He had a great game. There are 30 teams in the NFL who would trade their guy for him.
The Bills lose the game, they didn't play that well, and all of the talk is about Allen, and how sad it is that he can't win. Give me a break. Celebrate the most gifted QB of all time, one of the greatest coaches ever, a GOAT level TE, and a stellar defense. If they beat the Ravens, and then the NFC rep, are we still going to talk about the losers?????
Allen will be again the consensus MVP next season.
Most gifted rushing QB of all-time, maybe, but even that would be a stretch. The most gifted QB of his generation sent Allen home again last night.
@@mathewjones8886 It is a stretch, and he surely did.
I'll be honest, I didn't read the full comment before I fired off a hasty reply. Apologies as you were never suggesting Allen was the greatest and I misunderstood.
@@mathewjones8886 No sweat Mathew. I'm not too prickly today. PM15 is the purest form of football truth, and he proved it again last night.
Does anyone know where I can watch the Mahomes Vs Allen game? I’m confused as I thought the Bills played the Chiefs and what you’re showing here is from that game. How do these 2 QBs play each other? I’ve never seen that.
great video
Dude, the guy had the ball in the closing minutes and stopped short of winning. (My apologies to Frank Costanza.)
"Everybody knows that's my move! Ooo, I stop short!"
Chiefs fan here I consider Josh to be a really good QB and always a tough opponent.
Not a Bills fan but Josh is a top tier QB by far
That’s why he choked AT HOME last night?
Back to back home playoff losses stay otherwise
@@heavyizthacrown-5842 how did he choke? He got them in position to tie that game. He doesn't play defense or kick field goals
@@heavyizthacrown-5842 u must don't know tha definition of choke. Tha kicker choked. Josh played pretty good actually
180 yards on 40 pass attempts is good? he played well enough to keep it close, but it isn't the performance everybody is hyping it up to be. sure, some huge drops lowered that number, but still an underwhelming performance. not saying he played bad, just underwhelming from him, especially when he's playing the chiefs@@chuckchillout618
Josh must win this game. Had the ball at the end of the game and couldn’t get it done. Plays was there to be made he just did t make them. Lamar, Josh Allen, Joe Burrow. Great QB’s, HOF QB just not that guy and that’s fine because we only get that guy once or twice in a lifetime.
Allen made an insane throw down the field in the last drive, Diggs just dropped it.
Allen is better than Lamar or burrow for sure 😂 give it time he will certainly win. Lamar has a good team and coach
@@beanzeani2440Allen choked that game away, don’t try to blame Diggs.
@heavyizthacrown-5842 I wasn't denying nor agreeing that - I didn't watch the whole game nor am I a bills fan, but the commenter said that Allen had plays there but didn't make them and yet, there was a play and Allen did make it but Diggs dropped it so it's not fair to boil it down to that.
Exactly. He’s a bum
Bills started 4th and 5th string defensive players and were on 2 days less rest. Many of their starters were playing injured. 4 all-pros done for the season. Their D was toast before the first snap of the game. Just to many injuries going into this game. Andy Reed said McDermott should be coach of the year with what he’s done with this team (injuries) - one hell of a compliment - in his press conference. The Bills scored second most points this year on the Chiefs. Just not enough juice in the Ds tank to make a stop. Let’s see how the 9-5 chiefs do against a healthy Ravens team.
I still think that KC defense will terrorize Lamar. He’s not as polished of a passer as Allen. But he’s the most explosive runner in the league, not a bulldozer like Allen. It’ll be fun to see him face the KC defense, which for my money is the best in the league. Those CBs and Chris Jones are unbelievable. And the defense plays like one heartbeat. So beautiful to watch. Coming from a Bills fan.
Excuses for this big white man child.
They beat them and won the Super Bowl stupid
Josh Allen is an all time great. He’s just playing against a guy named Mahomes who is the Jordan of the NFL
AFC is tough! Allen, Mahomes, Jackson, Burrow, Stroud, Richardson.......not to mention the browns and steelers would be tough with a qb upgrade........
browns got their qb upgrade in mr. touchy touchy, who then got outclassed by no longer better in january joe. maybe joe sticks around for next year?
Kyle: "The clock is ticking"
Matthew Stafford said F+×÷ your ticking clock and won an SB anyway I do believe
Mahomes literally battled through the bills to the afc championship with the worst wr core of all time but nobody cares
Josh has Diggs. Pat has Kelce. Who else?😊
Hof TE but yeah sure
Mahomes literally has the greatest TE of all time lol
Cook running, Kincaid and Shakir?

What legacy? Hes never won anything. His greatest accomplishment was getting bounced in the afc championship by KC. Where's the love for Patrick? Oh yeah i forgot, e everyone is jealous of his greatness.
Exactly, his great moments were he lost exciting games 😂. I swear after they lost a REGULAR SEASON GAME to the Eagles earlier in the year, people wanted to give the dude a medal 😂
People expect it from him at this point the true rivalry is lamar vs patty
@@bobdude7490No it isnt. Mahomes has 11 more playoff wins and 2 more super bowls.
That's an little ridiculous of a take imo to say he's got zero legacy then compare him to Mahomes when if you look at the total numbers (passing + rushing + receiving) since Allen hit his prime in 2020, they've been neck and neck.
Mahomes yards 20,448 to Allens yards 20,010
Mahomes TD's 154 to Allen's 174
Mahomes TO's 54 to Allens 84
Mahomes TD to TO differential +100 to Allens +99
Chiefs total wins since 2020 is 50 (1st in the NFL) Bills total wins 48 since 2020 (second in the NFL)
Both have lost to Burrow once.
The only difference is Allen is losing to Mahomes directly which is the separator from Mahomes having the super bowl appearances and conference title appearances to Josh having none.
He doesn't have the regular season awards in the regular season because Mahomes has won them. Then people blow the turnover narrative out of the water when in reality he has the same differential as Mahomes and the same win total. To me if Mahomes is the All Pro then Allen should be the other given their stats being nearly identical. Instead Mahomes usually gets it and Allen for some reason is held to a different standard and is viewed as bad with nearly identical stats.
This is like saying Ewing had no legacy in the middle of his career cause he was 0-4 in the playoffs vs the Bulls from 1985-1993. No one who watched him would ever say that is true. Sometimes Jordan just beats you and hogs the awards. Doesn't mean that you aren't a hall of famer/HOF level talent. Beating Jordan is just really difficult and you fall short time to time. Same with Allen and Mahomes.

Josh is a total baller and he will get his due and a championship.
When?
It's a team game. Certainly one quarterback makes a huge offensive difference, but if you had QB Josh allen on the 85 bears... the Bears would have _many_ super bowls!!
Hey Kyle Brandt, how did the Taylor Swift and Josh Allen comparison go? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well when you have a leaky faucet defense for 3 quarters its really hard to win games. You go on big long drives but your leaky defense lets chiefs score in 3 min. No pressure on mahommes, wide open receivers. One play was kelce wide open in endzone😂. Kelce just ran by himself into the endzone and waited for a lob. Just look at brady and the patriots vs eagles in super bowl brady had 500 yards passing and accounted for 4 tds in that game.
Say what you want about Josh, he sure is fun to watch!!
Bills Receivers dropped some very key passes. Allen played a great game, but you’ve got Mahomes, Lamar, and Burrow in your conference.
kinda makes it hard for a really good qb to prosper when u have those 3 as your competition
We'll get to see just how good or bad he really is next year when his cap hit nearly doubles and they can't keep the receiving corps that bails him out year after year
@@mattep3395he faced a really tough defense last night lining up against a literal shut down D-back who just gave up his first touchdown of the season, so no he didn't bail him out last night. He did however have just shy of 1,200 yards in the regular season and 8 touchdowns... Next highest yardage by a Bills receiver was 746 (with 7 td's) then 673 (with 2 td's), so Diggs has definitely bailed him out more often than not, and obviously if he had done so last night they probably would have won
They ran that “make-a-wish” run with/for Damar Hamlin😂
JOSH ALLEN the new PHILIP RIVERS...No Super Bowl appearance, no MVP
Josh played well enough to win that game.. That loss was not on him.. McDermott though.. Defence didn’t show up.. I know they’re beat up but goes to show they don’t have depth.. and that is 💯 on Sean.. Move on Bills or ya’ll are going to be the Cowboys of the AFC..
It’s not so much Josh Allen as it is, he’s going against one of the greatest QB and coach duos ever
Excuses, excuses, excuses. SMH
Bills fans, I am truly sorry. I have watched your great teams in the 90's and now with Josh Allen. As a neutral I sincerely hope you get your SB trophy.
Wins are not a QB stat. If you think its on allen you clearly don't know football. The Bills had ductape holding together that defense with all the injuries. Allen is the best qb in the NFL currently just doesn't have the extra help
😂🤡😂🤡😂😂😂🤡😂
best qb in the nfl is a very large stretch. he's top 3, but he's outclassed in both things that put him there by the two qb's ahead of him. josh needs to get some accolades on his resume soon so he can keep up with mahomes and lamar
Lol, love how they call out his good play, but don't mention the passes which SHOULD have been picked but were dropped. Or his fumble that SHOULD have ended the game. The guy blows hot and cold and that's why he always loses.
Josh Allen choking in the playoffs is a beautiful thing 😂😊
Why can't Purdy get passes like this in sports media 😂? What is this strange admiration with Allen that gives a green light to overlook his flaws 🤔?
The Bills lost this game. You cant say Josh Allen is superman when he doesnt get it done in the postseason.
Everyone makes mistakes, but I wouldn't say that this loss because of Allen
He's a very good quarterback despite what anyone might think. He and the bill's just can't get passed the chiefs
The Bills can't always rely on Allen to run the ball! That's NOT the roll of a great quarterback. When the game comes down to Allen having to do what a great quarterback needs to do, he falls short over and over again!
🏈😏🔥🔥🔥🔥
Josh is just not on pats level yet.
It’s a team sport unfortunately. It’s hard to put it all together. It’s near impossible to assemble a team to win it all. And if you do, you need some luck to make a deep run.
The Bills lost this game primarily due to their banged-up, inadequate defense. Allen had to be perfect, and Diggs didn't help as much as he could have.
Josh Allen made a fan of me yesterday, i wasnt big on him, that dude is a dude, not his fault his WRs dropped 100 yards worth of passes on 4 drops and his kicker missed and the fake punt. Man c'mon, what else is Allen suppose to do
How is Peyton’s legacy? How long did it take him to beat the patriots when they needed to?
Give him bill belecheck
they couldnt get a play over 20 yards bc their gameplan was keeping Mahomes out - 23 mins Kc, 37 mins w Buff lol Mahomes still outscored Josh lol
They always beat the Chiefs when it matters most only in the regular season
Josh ! You gave it everything you had so don't take it home with you. The kicker missed the field goal " WTF" and I think it was less than 50yrds .
Josh Allen didn't play Patrick Mahomes. He played the Chiefs D.
So I guess the Chiefs D scored more points than Allen
🤦🏻♂️
Bills would have won without injuries or if Kadarius Toney played
Shoulda, woulda, coulda
They need to stop lumping Burrow in with that KC stat. It was a single game. Get him out of there
what can the bills do to get the Super Bowl? 1) have a healthy defense - there have been season ending injuries to multiple starters in the last 2 years. 2) Have Von Miller return to the form the team is paying for. 3) get the coaching staff to support the talent level. The fake punt attempt was cringe-worthy - too deep in their own territory, and too predictable with an injured punter (who isn't that effective therefore a fake more likely) - without that fumble / touchback at that time the game would not have been within reach.
If it's always about QBS, than how josh played better than mahomes last 2 playoff games and still lost????
The only way Buffalo will get to the Super Bowl is if someone else takes out the Chiefs for them
Or the Bengals
#27-10inBuffalo
Or Baltimore.
Or every other team.
Then with only one team in the league I think they would win.
Maybe.
lmfao too true@@jogendron6320
Josh has failed over and over so until him and dak learn to stop flopping ill never have faith in either... Josh had the most tds but also the most picks at 18 thats a lot of bad decision making 💯
stop giving this dude a pass for consistently losing.. if Mahomes lost, it would be "the end of the dynasty" & everything else. stop disrespecting 15! its his league
Oh so now it’s okay to use the excuse of injuries? Really? The Dolphins had 6 defensive starters out with injuries (over half the defense) and we are supposed to shut up about it and the bills get a pass or an excuse? Wow the double standards with the dumb talking heads is ridiculous
Josh Allen = Philip Rivers
I feel bad for Josh because his dad has always stoped him from doing anything (Pat mahomes)
If you think about it Josh Allen has no first team all pros, no regular season mvps or super bowls. He is really talented though, just the wrong generation. Like everyone else when MJ played.

Mahomes isn't MJ. Stop it.
It doesn't hurt anything imo. He just lost to another a great QB in my eyes
Your telling me Allen got that Uncle Rico arm strength and throw that sun of a gun a country mile but not enough oomph on that end zone ball to try n win it 😮💨 ain’t got the championship mentality clutch gene and as the leader the team follows… unsurprised by the result and until it’s developed that’s the only result to expect 😪
You are only as good as the team around you,
This the patrick era not josh Allen's
2:59 I get this take was to credit his point, but y’all gotta stop giving Karl Malone credit for anything. He doesn’t deserve it…
Here we go again with another Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills excuses/apology tour.
Allen can’t play defense and catch his own deep passes
Oh ya kick fgs and punt Allen isn’t doing that either

It is what it is. Bills will get another chance.
I mean the Bills were going to lose to the Ravens next week even if they won anyways tbh lol The Ravens are easily going to take this years SB home.
Legacy? What legacy? 😂
This game proved that one man can not win a game alone. No other Bill showed up and made a play. Full stop.
yet the OVERRATED clown had 18 fauken interceptions this yr. duh duh duh.
Why is McCourty here? Does anyone think he brings substance to the conversation?
Josh and the Bills are both great. The field goal kicker did not check the wind before he missed the field goal!
That the great QBs show up when the lights are on them
I mean look at Lamar Jackson , it took him until week 2 of the 2021 regular season to finally beat Mahomes , don’t tell me that Josh Allen can’t do this in the playoffs , he can , he’s done literally what he can do and he’s been Superman the last 4 seasons
Lamar is a 2x Unanimous MVP = better than Josh Allen
I guess Allen will be remembered as a very good QB but just couldn't beat Mahomes in the playoffs. So close yet so far.
Or Burrow
he's really the next phillip rivers 😭
What legacy?
Phillip rivers
You mean Josh Rivers?
Jim Kelly 2.0.
Kyle Brandt, Honorary Bills fan, is so sad haha his buddy Allen did nothing but dink and dunk
Not much! Good game could've gone either way.
