Why do you need to add your secret passphrase in your bot? You don't have to do that with botless trading. You just connect your wallet to the exchange and then sign transactions.
Connecting your wallet and signing the approvals manually will take up too much time. It needs your key so that it can do everything automatically on your behalf. Its the same reason why you need your private key in order to import your wallet to metamask for example.
