First and second round I would’ve given it to Thesis for musicality and being able to neutralise Alvin’s explosiveness with his own complex technicality. Also the fact that Alvin repeated a lot from previous rounds against others, namely air flares and air freezes. If this were top 32 or 16, then Alvin would have the upper hand. A lot of people watching seem to forget to take in this factor. Overall, quite a close battle and props to both amazing bboys.

that has always been the problem with Thesis for me. He's fucking amazing at breaking. His sets are just too long some times. Even though the intricacies of his moves are so amazing, you just kinda start to lose interest.
Yeah, I felt like he has ADD or something. Just lacking big picture coherence and getting lost in the showing off aspect. I liked Alvin’s style he flowed with the beat better for me, even if thesis’ routine was more technical.

For me too. In The third round, Alvin Just do 2 front step and Go to powermoves, Ok. Tries to do a transition, had a mistake and unfinished The session. Thesis correspond with original flavour in your tops, do some burns, and Go to your transitions combining Flow, conceptos with Blow up's and powermove. Do some original ground moves and finishes The round with a Clean freeze.
Also I hate that the third round was so close to the judges. Some awarded it to Thesis, who is a legendary bboy in his own right, but were they not watching the battle?
