Nice job explaining the upgrades to the camper Rocky. I do have a travel trailer TH and it would be nice to have the garage every now and then, but I do like having a deck on the back. You always do a great job of doing some small, yet very effective upgrades to your trucks, campers, and side by sides. Well done.

We love our 365pack16 camper. I need to break down and buy the rv airflow pieces like you installed. I just wish these campers have heavier springs/axles under it. With my 2 seat rzr, full tank of water, and basic supplies for camping...im 200lbs from max axle weight. I did add sumo springs to help the ride.

I’m thinking about installing Coleman Mach 8 ac units with heat pumps. The Wolfpack is a great camper it’s 13’5” tall stock. Those Mach 15 ac units are 14-16” tall. The Mach 8 is 8” tall.

Very informative video. I currently use just a flatbed trailer when we go trail riding. Have been considering getting a toy hauler in the near future, if I do this would be the one I would consider very much. I also have a cam am defender hd10 max, not the air conditioned model and the height is a problem with certain toy haulers. That style toy hauler would look behind my 2020 Denali Dually 3500hd. Do you have any good recommendations to go ride with the family. We live near the Beeville area so we usually go to hidden falls adventure park in Marble falls. Nice place but want to try something different. Keep the videos coming and keep up the very informative videos 👍

Mud buddies is a park by halletsville that a lot of people go to from this area. I’m in Victoria so not to far from you. This toy hauler can be found for 60-70k. Looked at grand design as my favorite option just can’t justify a 140k RV. The Wolfpack has a lot of nice features for the price point.

Did you ever look into class A or Super C toy haulers that would fit a Can Am crew cab? Thanks. Trying to figure out how to tow boat with SXS and not have to buy new truck and fifth wheel. .

I installed a 3rd air in the garage. All 3 airs are now Coleman Mach 3 Powersaver units. Genny runs all 3 at once
Oh and I isolated the existing garage ducts and added RV airflow to the front two. So the garage is it’s own isolated zone.

Thinking about doing this also… Currently at RV park in Texas and it’s over 100.. I am maintaining 75-76 depending on how much I can keep the kids from going in and out.. I need a 13 ac on garage..

@@RockyRohde - yup. We spend most of our time in AZ and Southern California. We found anything over 90 and the AC would struggle to keep up with a sun load. The garage would always be 15 degrees warmer than the living room area. At least.
When dry camping, if you didn’t have the genny running and the AC on by mid morning you might as well forget it until the sun went down. Now we can take the camper from 100 inside down to 72 in about an hour and a half to 2 hours. Conveniently long enough for us to go for a ride.
The problem is, the Mach 15 takes biblical amounts of electricity. The powersaver Mach 3 pulls less than 12 amps in desert temps. Compared to 19 for the Mach 15.
If you are constantly on park power you could probably just add a Mach 3 powersaver to the garage leave the Mach 15 units in place. But the genny can’t do that.
Hardest part is getting the wiring up to the fuse panel. Cutting the hole and framing it out is not bad. Some people run their 3rd air to an external plug so they can use a second genny or another plug on a power pole because of this.
Dealer wanted $6k for just a direct dump with an outside outlet. I was able to do it myself and terminate the ducts to the garage, tie in, add more ducts towards the back of the garage, replace the front airs with the powersaver, add RV airflow, and run the wiring for about $4k. Could have done what the dealer wanted to do for about $1.8 myself.
Best part is, if the kids are not with, we can shut the garage door and only run the front units. With only the front units running the genny is barely off idle.

Thanks for this… I have the Victron with 800 amp hour batteries and solar that will assist gen set.. I had to lift the RV 2” due to my truck and 37’s. I am planning Coleman Mach 8 low profile.. two 15k and one 13k.. The low profiles will get me almost 8” reduction in total height.

Do you know if the garage is wide enough to fit a can am X3 max?
Mine has 33" tires with a small offset wheels.
And aftermarket springs. I rose the ride height so its a bit taller than stock.

I reclutched with Epi mudder and it definitely helped mine. Boggers are extremely heavy but they look good. If I was going to do it over would prob go to xtr370 in a 33”
