You should remove only outer side clear cover not inner side becoz inner side is also a slab so not need to remove inner side cover. If both sides are exposed to atmosphere then remove both sides
Value of D is 65 Not 165 by mistake I write 165 . Plz follow same steps which I have followed.

Why u only remove one sided clear over in distribution bar when we provide clear cover both sides
