    Hi. Does serving in the United States Military but deployed for 5 years overseas during a time of conflict, count as time spent in the United States? Can that be put down as a period of time living in the USA on form DS 2029?

    Hi, I wish you could assist me, although my father was a US citizen by birth, and all my American family going back to the late 1700s were too, and my father served his country in the military, and spent all his life in the US, barring his military service, I still cannot claim a certificate of citizenship, there seems to be a glitch in the Citizenship law. Because my dad knew nothing of my existence he therefore could not have ligitimised me, that I can prove through Dna which was done with a half brother, which proved conclusively that we had the same father, there is no recourse for my scenario, a small clause that would allow that argument to be made would help a handful of people like me.

      May I ask what happened with your case? Cause we have the same case! Although I am legitimized by my father, I haven't seen him for a long time I only saw him before he died, I tried applying for Adult Derivative and I have to prove that he's my father since we don't have pictures together, I and my half-sister took a DNA test and the result says that we convincingly appear that we have the same father still the US Embassy doesn't want to accept the DNA result cause they say that their standard result should be 99.5% and they told me that the 90% result is only for PETITION cases and EVEN after the DNA lab explained everything and even after we proved that we have the same father

    • @katriciakymcaspellan6816
      @katriciakymcaspellan6816 Год назад

      I also wish and hope that they will allow and accept our evidence just like in the petition cause although petition and citizenship are different still we only had DNA test with our half-siblings and even after we proved that we have the same father they still want the 99.5% result. I hope they can give us mercy so they can help a lot of people like us

    I was born in the United States to a US citizen and a Alien from Honduras,C.A.
    I was brought to live in Honduras at the age of 5yso and stayed in Honduras illegally until I was 23 years old. I did not study in the United States befor or after 14. I had a honduran daughter at the age of 21. I have been told by US oficials that I don’t have the right to bring my own daughter to the United States. I have been living and working in the US the past 4 years. How can I bring my now 13 year old daughter and or how can she become a US citizen like her father. Please give me answers. Thank you.

    hi mam pls help pass US Congress:
    While you were putting so much time in the investigation of the UFO's/UAP's siting them as an existential threat to your national security, you are neglecting the real and important humanitarian issue, the existential issues of the AMERASIANS here in the Philippines. If those extra-terrestrials are hostile then they would have invaded or annihilate the whole earth in a matter of minutes given their capabilities defying laws of gravity, travel billions of light years away and even disabling radar and highly advance defense systems, they did not.
    We are calling your attention to please redirect your energy, time and attention to please put on your priority on our plight, the HR 4522 - Uniting Families Act. We EXIST, WE are your OFFSPRING and we are not a threat to your country, our BIRTHRIGHT is only what we ask. We pray please do not abandon us....AGAIN🙏🙏🙏
