Ask yourself why it's gained worldwide publicity & you'll realize it's because there's way too much secrecy from our corrupt DOJ. This case is similar to the Karen Read case where LE has chosen an innocent person to be framed as a murderer & keeping many eye witnesses & circumstances before & after the murders a secret❗Ann Taylor would not stake her good reputation on saying he's completely innocent. And the cell data has been proven to be corrupted by testimony! They can't come up with a motive because there's none for BK except by ignorant media; which in fact the stalker & incel motive was proven false by the prosecutor himself ! These people & family members from Moscow are not in the least way legitimate; either from their past or recent involved events. MSM never discussed the drug's involved here & the extreme motive potential to murder by their own acquaintances & Cartel's❗ Corruption is rampant now from Judges & LE and that's a FACT❗

Cost to tax payers, if not a fair trial and drags on with appeals, the cost will still be on the tax payers. We want justice done right the first time.

This is past ridiculous .. The bottom line is if he really is innocent .. why the delays and complications ? What innocent man sits and sits and sits and sits for two whole years .. trying to delay his day in court to clear his name which is exactly what Bryan said when arrested .. that he was eager to clear this up because they got the wrong guy .. Look I don't care what anybody thinks .. his own family believes he's guilty and they know him better than anybody .. I've seen hundreds of high profile cases through the years and this is the very first one that I saw a family of the accused literally vanish .. travel to the jail they are being held for trial at least one visit .. hasn't given one interview or at least a social media crusade to fight for innocence .. whether you people know or not .. family support speaks volumes .. because they are the ones that truly know the accused . You people are disconnected from reality .. regardless of the circumstantial evidence .. his dna didn't get up one night and decide to go to that party house and make itself known without Kohberger .. Until someone can explain that .. I dont wanna hear nothing ..

Ummm… there have been other murders in Moscow. There was a shootout in a church and years later an adjunct U of I professor murdered his ex (who was a student) in front of her house and was killed in a police standoff. Like, the whole “quiet, safe town” image is not accurate. I mean, back when BSU and U of if I were rivals they used to have a “Hate Boise State” week and people would get their butts kicked. So… 🤷🏽‍♀️

Judge judge and Bill Thompson went to college together, the cops and everyone work closely with one another. The host is ridiculous, but the guest speaks tons of sense. I know a much about this case, but I could still listen to what is presented in court and decide accordingly. This case is known around the world, so a different venue would change nothing. And I can’t believe the host criticized the police chief for speaking that they were sure they had their man. Remember how everyone was criticizing LE for taking 6 weeks to solve the case? Geez, LE can’t win. Criticized for taking too long, then criticized for saying they got their man. As far as social media, it is here to stay. I have never turned on the NBC nightly news. Never any of the stations. I get news from articles posted on Facebook, which might pique my interest to go to our local news sites for additional article, or I get my news from You Tube, such as the video here, which I am listening to in its entirety. So the courts are just going to have to get used to how we get our news. And keeping things under seal only promotes wild speculation, which seems harmful, when the truth would shut the rumors down.

The defense team is spending so much time on this change of venue because they know that their client will be convicted.
Then, a high-profile appellate attorney will scrutinize the jury pool and find bias.
Couple that with a decline to the venue change, and you now have an overturned conviction.
The appellate team will cite Ann’s due diligence in trying to get the venue changed as a huge factor for his eventual appeal.

At first, I was thinking just move the trial, that way it doesn't come up on appeal. The defense can't argue he didn't have a fair trial. Then listening to them talk they are right when it's moved, that same county will have tons of coverage prior to the trial. So they could end up still making the same argument on appeal. I just read someone's comment below and I agree with it. They basically said, most people can separate what they hear in the news and social media. They will follow the law and listen to the facts of the case. I have to agree because I am a true crime person. Saw many high profile cases and most the time, I feel the jurors listened to the evidence. Voted the right way. That's with the trials remaining where the crime took place.
