Sir normally we say, that Nitrogen present in urea form can't be directly taken by plant, so bacteria converts it into ammonical and then nitrate form in order to get consumed by plant . Then how nano urea is absorbed by plant so easily without getting in touch with microorganisms.

In fact, nano-urea or urea solution when sprayed on plant canopies is absorbed by the plant leaves after amide-N is converted to Amm-N by an enzyme present in the cells.
