I've fixed a few inverter motor systems on lg washers, they are very sensitive to resistance in the connections,as some use the wires to sense back emf to detect rotation . I've noted that Samsung use poor quality resistors, the were way off spec ! The problem is some SMD components don't like 340v which is what the DC voltage in these units are .also come across bad crimp connectors to compressor,wires soldered fixed that .
I have a system that's been commissioned by samsung 5 days ago. Worked perfectly for a whole day. Today I've tried to run it up an it's throwing up this e461 error
