Basically hold the parry input then press double forward. If u wanna do it mid combo u gotta input double forward after special cancelable moves. Although an update is coming out soon that let's u do the parry input to get a drive rush mid combo
I saw this combo 0:11 and though that it was pretty cool so i wanted to try it myself. I got all of it without problem except the Jinrai kick part, for some reason when i input the move Ken does Tatsu instead. I even watch the input history and i did the right input for the Jinrai kick.
It's because the opponent is on your back, só it count as a tatsu input, if u want to do the jinrai, just do the tatsu input instead. Also! If u want to do a shoryuken, just do a half circle forward, it will count as a crosscut input
My mistake is I always use medium Kick, and then get caught by a Drive Impact since you can't counter it. He's smart, almost never uses Medium kick and is constantly jabbing out low kick
I mean this guy for now, pro players don't really go ungabunga. But at the highest level of play you need to change your playstile and adapt. Most Pro players try to win but mostly learn online, this guy just going absolutely ham. Very nice tho, let's see in the future. It's also a compilation so hard to say from only a couple of matches.
They faced each other a few times, Daigo won most of the times. The thing is this guy knows more Ken specific tricks, Daigo just has better fundamentals
You know SF6's music is mostly sh!t when the uploader had to substitute the music with something else from another SF game. Capcom, you really fked up the fighting in-music on this one.
I am a KoF player, and really, I am always surprised to see how people manage to enjoy a series of game that is so restrictive and limited in its core mechanics. There's so little possibilities, so little room to manoeuver in SF, and therefore no real way to express yourself really. It almost looks scripted from my perspective, given how little you can do. I am not talking about combos, since in every fighting games, combos are basically recitals, you learn them and apply them. I am talking about what comes before a combo, the real game. I am not saying it is a bad game , I am just saying I don't really get why the success with such limiting gameplay. I feel so sad each time I play a SF, as if everything I love about fighting games has been stripped away from me. I think a SF player playing KoF can maybe feel overwhelmed, but everything that SF offers is there, and so so much more... Feels like SF is checkers and KoF is chess, in a way. Looks a bit similar from afar, but...
I didn't really see you doing much more kof wise for game play. You got rolling 3 on 3 but let me know what I missed. I can agree with it being chess cause it's much harder street fighter is more casual facing people and bosses kof has the most broken bosses ever. Probably why people prefer it
Limitations don’t always have a reductive effect on gameplay though. The fact that movement is limited for example means people actually have to play footsies. Also, KoF feels pretty limited mechanically compared to plenty of anime FGs for example, doesn’t mean it’s a better or worse game necessarily.
