BONITO, BRAZIL: Travel Guide to Waterfalls, Parrots, BLUE CAVE & BEST JUNGLE

- Bonito is a paradise in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul in southern Brazil, full of waterfalls, jungle walks and wildlife. The town itself is a great place for backpackers, adventurers and holidaymakers, with many nice restaurants and bars. From there, the natural world is at your feet. We make various tours to, among others, the Nascente Azul, Estancia Mimosa, Gruta do Lagoa Azul, Praia da Figueira and Ceita Corê. We travel there from the Amazon and then leave again in the direction of Sao Paolo. Bonito is a place that you cannot miss during a tour of Brazil!
We are visiting Brazil on a one year world tour and we may even continue to travel indefinitely. On New Year's Day we started in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands. Then you saw us in Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago, Grenada, Bahamas, United States, Mexico, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. Brazil is already our fourteenth destination. Follow us on this world tour, first in Brazil and then to many more beautiful destinations! We also cross over to Asia, Oceania and Africa! We travel non-stop all year round and film everything. Wow.... I miss beautiful Bonito... and that's why we didn't visit some of these 10 years ago... we have to go back urgently!!!!
Bonito is awesome! We were there 10 years ago too in 2013. So funny. It has changed a lot, the town itself. But I think I even liked it more, with so many nice places to sleep/eat. The nature all around is incredible. Cheers and enjoy 😁👍🏻

Hi Vinny! We loved the Pantanal. It’s been a long time, in 2013. It looks similar and also a lot of animals. Have hou ever seen a jaguar? That would be my ultimate goal the next time in Brazil 😍
@@WoutoftheWorld I never saw a jaguar, but I took a picture with alligators, there in the swamp there was a lady who raised alligators and I took a picture with them, but unfortunately she died. I also wanted to see an anaconda, here in MS they have one.

Bonito or, beautiful, is the capital city of Ecotourism. The nature and landscape is untouchable with virgin forests and splendid rivers.

I ended up in this video because i love Nature and I have some brasilian co workers who have been telling me to search some localizations, and today one of them spoke I should search for Bonito.
In case someone doesnt know, Bonito is also a word adjective, which translated means beautiful. So, bonito is really Bonito ❤

Haha thanks João! I am from the Netherlands and the funny thing is that it’s commonly accepted that all city names here are pronounced in an English way. Like how you say Amsterdam. The thing is that Portuguese is sometimes so differently spoken than written, that for an English or Dutch audience we try to find a way in between. Just a small example how you guys say Rio de Janeiro is not how the rest of the world knows it. But enough about that haha.
We have been to Bonito twice. We loved it when it was still a small town with little tourism and we still love it now. It has indeed beautiful surroundings and I always recommend people to go. We have 8 videos in Brazil, hope you’ll like the others too. Cheers and happy travels!

Hi Anthony! Thanks man. Er zijn 7 video’s in Brazilië inderdaad. We waren er twee maanden het afgelopen jaar. We zijn nu nog steeds op reis en na Brazilië kwamen nog Azië, Australië en nu Afrika!

Hi Soquelable! Yes of course. Are you subscribed yet? We have plenty of video’s on Brazil and are still traveling the rest of the world 😁👍🏻 the taxi was the same person in all the trips and we just got an offer for this service at the hotel. When we arranged the trip, they gave us a good price on transportation as well. I think we only paid about 30 euros per day and you stay everywhere as long as you want 😎

Hi! The taxi was arranged by the hotel. You can just ask the hotel where you will stay to arrange it for you. There are also tour offices in the village to book tours and transportation and some hotels have these facilities too

In case you don't speak portuguese, how was it to get around speaking only english?
Hi Maverick Mitchel, we don’t speak Portuguese and I guess we never had trouble using English, some Spanish and hands and feet 😜 It’s still easier than in China for instance. We booked hotels and busses online, used English in most of the hotel, über and sometimes busses that we also looked up on the internet.. it wasn’t difficult at all 😁🤙🏻
