What do it profit for one human to learn and master a skill and die with it without showing another human to possibly feel that same talent. So whatever the foot catch you when you do the falling test, is the foot that goes in the back? I saw other post on internet saying that your strongest foot should go in front, but she said other way? Whats the correct one?

Yo her advice on whatever feet comes first, is the one u use is wrong coz she landed with her right foot first then after she did it the 3rd time, she landed with her left first lol
Did u not understand that she was showing .not to land on left or right .but land on which come naturally .she was demonstrating .are u in kindergarden ?
