this is the most taylor being taylor interview 😂 we love her for that books they mentioned: 1) the creative act by rick rubin 2) the art of learning by josh waitzkin
These interviews are GOLD from a true champ. Jan’s questions in this and others, as well as his suggestions (books to read, perspectives, etc) are pearls for people…

The Walk and Talk interview format is seriously underrated and should be used much more often. Taylor is a unique athlete who brings a lot of joy into the sport. Even when her Paris Olympics did not go as she would have liked (especially the time trial), she was a great sport about it and maintained a positive spirit. I think what surprised me most is how well read and naturally inquisitive she is. Hoping we get more interviews between her and Jan because the dynamic is great!
There’s a lot of love here for these two, and understandably so. Jan is just Jan, and is a proven great of the sport. Taylor - wow. What a likeable person. So humble. She’s on her way to becoming great and I cannot wait to watch that… now I need to find out if she has her own channels anywhere 🤔
What a couple of cool cats- enjoyable honest banter- Taylor I have had the book “Zebras don’t get ulcers” on my reading list for years! I hope it’s nourishing learning on the beach! Also: Rick Rubin’s book: 🙌🏻 yeeeeeee
I like Taylor! Another great win, congratulations! - I have ADHD. Whenever I see her, I also see a bit of "myself"...🤪 by the way... Jan does it great👌
I wouldn't say Taylor had a disastrous Olympics. 1. She left with a silver medal and had the overall best time out of all of the women in the relay. That was one of the most incredible races I've seen. She was amazing. 2. Germany owes their gold to Taylor. 3. She had great times on her TT before her falls, she's just some technical training away from easily being a podium favorite in LA. 4. Draft-legal is no place for Taylor to do what she does best. A false start and crazy currents in the Seine and you come out in bad position for the bike, nah she did her best. No one was working harder on the bike. She should be so proud of herself.
Yes! Theres a "spectrum" of possibilities on what's she's got going on. And these abilities/characteristics will lead her, health holding up, to be one of the greatest
Great interview of and by two amazing athletes! I love how Taylor is driven to keep learning and improve even when she's doing well. I'm excited to see her continue to develop as she progresses as an athlete. Her quirkiness is just adorable 🙂
It’s kinda infuriating how good Jan is at this. Like so amazingly natural, and yet barely a year removed from competing. Further infuriating knowing he could be doing this in at least 3 different languages. This. Guy….

Jan, you’re a natural at this. You’re a great interviewer!
This is the best format and content of the whole T100. The GOAT is giving Oprah a run for her money 😂
Taylor is a stand-up comedian in many respects - love her personality.
I love Taylor Knibb interviews!! She is so genuine!
More of this please T100! Probably the most relaxed and insightful interview I’ve seen with Taylor Knibb. 👏

Did you caught the books they mentioned?

Two GOATS! Loved this conversation.
Someone get Taylor a pizza. 🍕😊

What a sweet interview. Great format. The pedestrian head turns add a special magic to a powerhouse chit chat.
this is like a free coaching for these athletes. Jan is such a GOAT.
Taylor is so strange, that is awesome :) what a fantastic interview, two killers.

If T100 haven't signed Jan up for the next years to come, they are in trouble!
lol god she's so adorable and awkward

She's so adorable, what a champ!
Enjoyed this
GREAT!!
Can we get some love for the camera person walking backwards the whole time?!? 😂
I reckon people like Taylor or Jan are different spicies; in terms of mindset, performance, EVERYTHING. Wouldn't you agree?
Jan is such a good interviewer, and Taylor is just a force to be reckoned with. I truly love them both ❤
Jan Frodeno… So good! 💯 👌
I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be two GOATs having a walk & talk right there. The retired GOAT and the young and upcoming GOAT.
Great interview of and by two amazing athletes! I love how Taylor is driven to keep learning and improve even when she's doing well. I'm excited to see her continue to develop as she progresses as an athlete. Her quirkiness is just adorable 🙂
What is the author of the book they're talking about? Is it Rick Rubin?
How do you celebrate a victory? Normally! 😂😂😂😂
Her legs are looking like she has a higher power to weight ratio than Jan 😅. Amazing.
That was excruciating to watch.

Taylor is so awkwardly cute lol
Is she limping …? Or does she just walk like that?
It was the day after a hard race. Nobody will be walking well 😆
