Thanks, I was able to fix mine. In my case the hammer was rotated. Just pushed it back to position.

Hey brissy, i have the ap-250 model. All the keys keep stopped working after ±10 minutes of playing it. The piano cant turned off and it making some noise from the inside. The way i turned it of is unplug the cord. Do you kno this issue? Thanks

Yes , for the rubber cap. You can use the lub from the existing cap .. I’m not sure what exactly that one is .. you may try Vaseline as well .
