Blazor Wall Area Calculator - 08 - Deductions Grid

Adding an extra grid to display areas that don't require tiling, such as doors and windows, and showing how the net area of a wall can be calculated by deducting these areas from the gross area of the wall. The important consideration is the updating of the wall grid to reflect changes to deductions.
