The Apex XT Auto CPAP is a good choice. It's made in Taiwan. We've been carrying it for many years and it's solid. It has both CPAP and auto CPAP modes and you can choose to add on a detachable humidifier. It's very portable without the humidifier so a lot of people use it as a travel CPAP.
