Can it read any issues/codes for the transmission?
I don't think anyone would be buying this to check battery voltage! If your "battery/charging-light" turns on, it's most likely your alternator. If the battery is dead, the scan-tool won't work! I just bought this on EBAY for about $15/free shipping! After watching the videos of the scanner, I think it's the best deal out there! PEACE!
@zonker - with battery voltage or cca you can get an estimate on the remainder life of the battery. I never said to buy this just to check battery. With bimmercode app and obd2 reader you get battery values as well.
Is it a touch screen?
If not. How do you change the screen menu to get to what you want to check?
No it's not touch screen but you use the physical button to navigate
