- Hi there, open me! 💌
Welcome back to my Airbnb Co-Hosting series! Yes, I know it's been a while, but I hope you take this video as a "forgive me!" video. I know a lot of you have been wanting to get into co-hosting and becoming a rental property manager, so I hope this video gives you some additional information on what you should be doing before your reach out to hosts for business.
As promised, I've included a link to a script that you can utilize for cleaners to sign them to your business. Please note that they will be an independent contractor. You are simply the "middle man" in the service process, meaning you're connecting your client with another business. The cleaners will charge their normal rate and your client will pay them. You can make a copy of the script. Simply copy and paste this link: docs.google.com/document/d/1y...
Websites to Find Cleaners/Handymen:

Handymen: Taskrabbit.com

How much your course would be?
Hi. It's about $120. It comes with all the documents and info I know about getting ready to co-host. I have a free resource as well. You can find it in my description box.
How can i find you on instagram for more content on co-hosting
Hi! I don't post all that much about it on my socials, only occasionally. Mostly I post about co-hosting here on RUclips. So, that would really be your best place, but you can find my socials in the description box.
